Guests will enjoy a newly renovated and newly furnished five bedroom with the ability to convert the master bedroom to a suite with a private bath, second bedroom and family room with widescreen TV. Situated on 6 acres there is ample room for outside activities, The kitchen is complete with new appliances, an island and large dining table. The master bedroom, a bedroom with a queen, a full bathroom and the family room can be closed off with a sliding door to become a “family suite”.
The space
New kitchen, beds, floor, paint, etc. Spacious home all on one level. The only steps are the 3 on the porch.
Guest access
No other guests or tenants will be sharing space with you. The entire house and 6 acres of land are all yours. The 2 locked rooms (one in the basement and one in the garage) are the only rooms off limits and that have cameras.

We were very fortunate to come upon Beekman woods for our stay leading up to our daughter's wedding. There was a spacious well stocked kitchen with large bedrooms, all on one floor. This was a great set up for the people with mobility issues. The house is in the woods and only 5 minutes to town. We were 2 miles from the Otesaga resort where the wedding was held. We are very happy with our stay and we will always remember this house in the woods. Thank you!!

Good location for families looking to rent while sons play baseball. Enjoyed a fire, strung up a hammock out back, and had lots of laughs. Didn't want for anything while there.

Everything about this house is wonderful. It is fully stocked with everything you need to make your stay an easy one. There was plenty of room for our entire family of 8 adults. The host was very accommodating with all of our needs. We will definitely be staying here again.

This is a wonderful property. We came for baseball. It was 30 minutes to All Star Village and just outside of Cooperstown. The hose I’d warm and open with everything you need at arms length. The bedrooms are good sized. The fire pit and front porch are ideal. The owner was wonderful to deal with and very accommodating. Definitely recommend!
