Stayed Aug 15, 2025We had a great time!! The location is close to dining, stores and Nicholls State. We were in town to move our girl into college for her freshman year. Communication was very good & clear and the house is very clean. The house is a beautiful renovation right on the bayou. My favorite bedroom was the Mardi Gras themed one, great use of color and space. Loved the outdoor seating area also! Really the only possible drawback would be the nearby road, however, we didn't even notice it most of the time. When we are back in town, we will definitely book here again if it is avaliable!! Thank you for a most wonderful stay!!

Stayed Nov 27, 2024We had an absolutely wonderful time! The house is very clean and we love the location. Our daughter graduated from Nichole’s several years ago and stayed in Louisiana so this was a perfect spot for us to stay with her and our grandson. Justin was very responsive and attentive to anything we asked. We would definitely stay here again.
