The Space:

Welcome to The Hideaway, anupdated and inviting home designed for connection and relaxation.



LIVING AREA:

The open-concept living space features stylish exposed brick, comfortable leather couches, love seats, and electric recliners. It's the perfect spot to gather for a movie night on the new 65” Smart TV or enjoy our collection of board games and cards.



KITCHEN & DINING:

Our fully equipped kitchen is open to the living area and includes stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and a huge breakfast bar. The dedicated coffee bar is a highlight, complete with:

- A Keurig and a drip coffee pot

- A selection of coffee syrups

- Creamer and sweetener



BEDROOMS & SLEEPING (Sleeps 10):

Rest easy on new mattresses and pillows provided for your comfort.

- Master Bedroom (Main Floor): Queen sleigh bed and a private TV.

- Upstairs Loft: Two Queen beds and one Double bed.

- Game Room: One Futon.



BATHROOM:

The freshly renovated main bathroom is a sanctuary with a double vanity, a luxurious clawfoot tub for soaking, and a separate glass-enclosed shower. We provide plenty of fresh towels and toiletries.



ENTERTAINMENT & OUTDOOR SPACE:

- Game Room: Head to the A-frame game room for a friendly game of shuffleboard.

- Decks & Patios: Relax on the upper deck or gather on the back patio, which offers a love seat, rocking chairs, and a glass fire pit for cozy evenings. A patio grill is also available for your use.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire house, the large yard, and the spacious driveway for parking.



Entry is seamless and secure with a Smart Lock. You will receive your own unique, private access code prior to check-in.



Please note: The garage is not available for guests use and is kept locked.



The Neighborhood:

Located right next to Beaver Lake less than a mile from Hickory Creek marina and park.



Other Things to Note:

- Smoking - No smoking



- Pets - Small/Medium size pets (under 40lbs) are welcome, but we require pre-approval and a $280 fee/deposit per pet. (2 pets max, no cats). This fee includes a refundable $150 pet deposit.



- Events - No events, parties, or large gatherings.



- Minimum Age - Must be at least 21 years old to book



- Identification - Photo ID may be required upon check-in



- Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 guests. Two extra guests up to 10 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



- Security - Your safety matters. This property features external security cameras around the house at the front door and above the garage. They do not look into any interior spaces



- Parking Access - Garage is not available to guests.



- Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



- Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



- Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



- Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process for your convenience. While we will not be present during your stay, we are always available via the booking platform or phone if you have any questions or need assistance. Our goal is to ensure you have a seamless and wonderful stay.
