180 Degree Lake View, 20 Acres of Private Property, Lake Front, Easy Lake Access

Our family loved staying at the Farm House over Thanksgiving weekend. It has a warm and cozy feel and was just perfect for three generations of family time. Everything we needed was provided and we especially enjoyed the firepit. Lucinda’s communication was excellent and she was so sweet. She wanted to make sure that if we had any issues we could reach out - we did not have any issues. Our stay was in late November so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities this property offers, but it was sooooo peaceful that I would encourage a visit anytime of year. Our family plans to return. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay with a family of 8 of all ages. The house was very clean and we were warmly welcomed and checked in easily. We cooked meals and used the grill, fire pit, and the lake. We could have used a couple of extra days.

The host was fantastic—a clean home in a beautiful area. Very nice amenities and great Beaver Lake views.

We were welcomed with homemade cake! This was a perfect spot for our group of friends to come up and ride some of the best roads in Arkansas. It's a stunning location, with so many little areas to sit and visit and watch the wildlife. It's such a precious old home, lots of history they share it's story. Comfortable seating, inside and out. Great kitchen if you plan to cook while you are there. I hope I can bring my family back, grands will love the wide open grass and tire swings.

We stayed at the Farmhouse for a family reunion. Absolutely ideal. It’s the most unique rental property I’ve ever stayed at. The house sits on 20 acres of lake shore privacy. Excellent for yard games, swimming, kayaking, and relaxing by the well appointed firepit. The house easily accommodates 10 people. We saw wildlife every night including herds of deer. I cannot recommend this property high enough for a large group gathering. We rented a pontoon boat from Prairie Creek marina, and that was a wonderful experience as well. It was so fun cruising around Beaver Lake for the day. Finally, the owner was so easy to work with. She surprised us with a homemade cake upon our arrival. Very nice touch.

The property was beautiful and had all of the amenities we needed. Wildlife was plentiful and the description/photos were exactly what we anticipated. We would certainly return!

We had an amazing time staying in the farm house. The only thing I would say is to maybe get some new mattress's.

We loved staying here at the Farmhouse. Everything was perfect. It was quaint, charming and so inviting. The house has a great “story” and each room was decorated so cute. We were only there for 2 nights. Wish we could have stayed longer. We brought family & friends to visit our daughter at UArk for the weekend. We will definitely be back!

Quaint. Clean. Beautiful grounds.

This was a great end of summer vacation for our family! Our party had 8 guests with 4 kids ranging from 11 months to 6 years. We had everything we needed with room to spare. Lake access was great and we prepared most meals in the kitchen. The house is on a beautiful piece of land and the kids really enjoyed the deer and an armadillo that frequented the property. Owner responded quickly with questions and even left us an apple cake at checkin! Everything was clean and as described. Would stay again, great hosts.

Perfect get away for my family! You need to be okay with quiet-no road noise, no sirens which is what my husband and I grew up with and therefore regenerates us. Two of our adult kids (19 and 20) enjoyed the morning walks and sneaking up on the armadillo each day. We took a raft and tied off to an old tree and just floated. The kayaks provided an additional workout to off set the home cooking we did on that awesome stove. Everyone mentions the apple cake. I will definitely try to replicate it this fall. One of our kids is moving to the area so, Lucinda, don't be surprised if we are back--only with more extended family.

This is our second time to stay in this wonderful house. We like it so much, We’ve already booked for next year. The hosts are wonderful, and we feel like we are family, they treat us so well. The house is very well stocked with everything a family would need. The entry into the lake is very shallow, perfect for the children. Relaxing on the front porch in the rocking chairs, morning and evening is very tranquil, the perfect vacation.

Thank you so much for a really wonderful vacation stay. Your farmhouse is so quaint, comfortable and welcoming....and the setting so gorgeous and peaceful! We truly felt like we we were stepping into another reality far, far away from the normal hustle, bustle of life. Perfect atmosphere for rest, relaxation, and family fun. We loved exploring the property, watching the deer roam the water's edge, playing cornhole, frisbee, and tossing the football around on the HUGE lawn. We prepared every meal during or stay (we love cooking together) and found the kitchen fully equipped with all we needed. We enjoyed dessert of Lucinda's spectacular apple cake or smores at the firepit every evening. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms clean well provisioned. The location, accommodations, and activities exceeded our expectations and we will definitely visit again! Thank you, Wallers, for your exceptional hospitality!

This property was truly a portal to wonder and relaxation. The lovingly restored farm house, stunning lakefront setting, and mostly the thoughtful and kind hosts made this our favorite getaway yet. We were greeted with a gift of homemade apple cake (recipe shared), then later by five deer and a multitude of rabbits in the yard. On our last day our host texted to let us know there were bald eagles catching a morning snack at the water’s edge. Just wonderful!
