Stayed 4 nights for the US Pickleball Open. Great place, great location.

Great place to stay in Naples!

Very convenient location especially near National Pickleball Center. 10 minutes from downtown. Very comfortable interior. The manager was very helpful and responsive.

This property was the perfect size for four adults to get away and relax. All the comforts of home! We loved the ease of getting to the Naples beaches and restaurants. Tessa was easy to communicate, which we appreciated too.

Traveling for lacrosse chose this rental for location but tnis home is a little hidden gem!! First off everything is beautifully decorated so clean, beds comfortable, layout perfect! Tessa's team thought of every detail!! All conviences were thought of and I could not have appreciated it more. So close to some great restaurants and easy to get to downtown. We loved our stay!

Great place, and it was a five-star stay. However, a few days after our VRBO stay, we received this from the host: Broken sofa bed. Bed is broken and legs no longer reach the floor, and she will charge us $1100.00. We responded that we had not touched that sofa bed because we had barely used that room. We requested photographs before our stay and after our stay with date stamps; this was never provided. We are charged for something we did not do; we have no option but to contest it. Our kid's luggage was in that room open and lying on the floor, so there was no way to open the sofa bed. We never used that room. We did not destroy their property; if they can prove we did, we will pay; otherwise, we will not. The housekeeping team needs to prove their claim with before and after pictures and videos. This kind of blind accusation cannot be tolerated. As requested, no proof, pictures, or explanations were provided about the accused damage. We are forced to take your their housekeeper's word and pay. We need visual assurance that your housekeeper does a thorough checkup after the last stay because we don't think they did. We don't contest this because of $1,100.00 but because of our integrity, which is being questioned here. We do not go around destroying someone else's property. We are not going to pay for someone else's damages, let alone we have yet to see any pictures of the damage.

We really enjoyed staying at Beauvilla in the Bayshore district. Amazing location for the US Open Pickleball tournament at East Naples Park. Could walk to restaurants like Rebecca’s , 360 and Celebration and close to downtown. The newer house was beautifully appointed in an urban modern style and had many necessities available so we didn’t have to trek to the store. Upon arrival (great communication from the owner) we were greeted with a thoughtful pickleball themed gift pack which started our week with great vibes! The screened porch overlooking the private yard was a great place to unwind at the end of the day. We loved Beauvilla and it was perfect for our group. Looking forward to coming back! Some thoughtful touches: Coffee service Plenty of towels Washer dryer with detergent and dryer sheets Lots of TVs in living room and bedrooms Great new bathrooms with multi head showers and travel size toiletries Host gift on arrival Well stocked kitchen with plenty of garbage bags, dish washing detergent and paper towels Super location in East Naples

This property is a sun-filled gem, with indoor/outdoor capabilities. We sat out on the spacious lanai daily to take in the lovely Florida breezes. The fully stocked kitchen met our needs to prepare meals when staying in. The beds are comfortable adjacent to roomy bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs and a cooler provided for our daily beach trips. Enjoy the Botanical Garden and all Naples has to offer conveniently from the house. We would definitely stay again!

From pre-arrival to departure, this was the best there is. Better than expected and the one question was promptly answered. The place was immaculate. Located close to everything! This is a gem of Naples.
