I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed the charm and unbelievable beach, dock, waterfront opportunities. Our one main concern is that during a hot week the back bedroom where the bunk beds are located were registering at 87 degrees making it much too hot for the kids to sleep and we had to move them downstairs to couches. AC units in the back bedrooms would make all the difference. The kitchen area could use a ceiling fan also.

The kids loved sharing the bunk room. The house was clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well equipped for making meals. We enjoyed time in the lake and around the fire pit. The kids enjoyed playing on the small beach. We had a great time!

The house was very clean. The kitchen was well supplied. The bedrooms were a good size. Loved the beach area....also shade for those that don't like to sit in the sun.

The house and rooms were spacious and the main living floor was great for the entire family to hang out in. We also loved the location. We had a few minor hiccups with a broken grill and beach erosion due the rain, but we were amazed how quickly our concerns were remedied - we can not say enough things about the property management team!

Being able to just walk out the door to play in the sand, swim, kayak or canoe was so convenient. The house fit 10 of us very easily. The road was nice and quiet-perfect for the little ones to scooter along on.
