Stayed May 30, 2025We took our family to Nantucket for 4 nights and loved the house we stayed in! The house was beautifully decorated and was very comfortable inside and out. The house was wellLocated as we could walk into the town in a few minutes to eat or shop. The house had a great kitchen that was well stocked and a great back deck with a big table and chairs for lounging. We loved our visit and hope to come back again soon!

Stayed Jun 10, 20232 Cliff Road was the perfect house for grandparents, adult children and a baby. Plenty of room to spread out, privacy, kitchen and outside activities. The house was an easy walk to town for shopping and dinners on the water. We highly recommend this house.

Stayed May 26, 2023The only complaint that I have relates to the manager. The house was supposed to be unlocked when we arrived. It wasn’t. Fortunately I had the name of the manager and was able to find his phone # via Google. I was lucky to be able to get in touch with him. He gave me the lock box code and it was smooth sailing from there. The only other complaint is that there were big boxes from Amazon stacked everywhere in the house. I eventually lugged them into the basement so we could quit navigating around them in the house. This should have been done before we arrived. The house and location are fantastic! A short walk to the harbor and the ferry’s. Right in the middle of everything. We rented bikes, but cancelled them because the charming streets are all cobblestones. Impossible to ride bikes on. However, the location of the house negates the needs for bikes. Plenty of rideshare availability. We Ubered to Cisco Brewery and to a restaurant on the far end of the island. Other than that, we walked everywhere. House is in fantastic condition and the owner is very responsive. She lives overseas, so there will most likely be a bit of a delay in email responses to to time zones. Always within 12 hrs. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit!

Stayed Dec 1, 2022We stayed at this wonderful home during Nantucket Christmas Stroll with our extended Family. The home is impeccable with such a warm feeling throughout and in the perfect location to take in the sights, shops & restaurants of Nantucket during the most festive time of the year! Attentive owner who makes a vacation escape to that Faraway Island all an ease! If it's this good in Winter, must be superb in the Summer!

Stayed Dec 2, 2021ACK TWO is impeccable inside & out. The perfect location just outside of Town and warmly decorated with attention to details details throughout! It was an outstanding home for our Family reunion.
