Beautifully renovated vila 2 steps from the beach (max 8 adults or 6 adults and 4 children)

We have just returned from a lovely break in this fantastic gem of a villa. The home is decorated to an immaculate standard and provides all the home comforts you would need plus more to ensure a perfectly pleasurable stay. Check in with Johanna was excellent who showed us how all the facilities worked before handing the villa over. Local supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and the beach put this villa in a prime position. No issues at all catching taxis to venture out in to ibiza. We are already looking forward to return and spending more time in this fantastic place. Thank you Julie and Johanna for making us feel at home during our break

The villa exceeded our expectations - location was ideal for us 2 mins walk from the beach, pizza restaurant and convenience store. The property was spacious and had plenty to keep us entertained - a pool, ping pong table, sound system and tv plus lots of games and balls. The decor was modern and stylish and the kitchen was so well equipped that we choose to eat in often. I highly recommend the villa and we will definitely return next time with some friends to join us!

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. It was incredibly spacious and furnished beautifully, providing all the amenities we could have asked for. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, supermarkets, and restaurants, making everything easily accessible. Communication with the host was seamless throughout our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic time and couldn’t fault a thing. Highly recommend!

The location is unbeatable and the villa is incredible. The seating areas work perfectly for large groups and it is well equipped. We loved having the speaker!! Would definitely return :)

Julie's home was beyond our expectations. As beautiful as the pictures are, they don't even do it justice. The house itself is gorgeous and we so appreciated all the beautiful touches in design and comfort. It was very spacious for our family of 3 adult women and one teenager and everyone had plenty of space. Kitchen had all the essentials and markets as well as good restaurants were close by. The location itself is amazing-- walking distance from Cala Tarida which is such a pretty beach and a quick drive from several of the other best beaches on the island. Johanna the property manager was very helpful, responsive and accomodating with check in and check out. Thank you so much Julie and Johanna for an incredible stay-- we absolutely hope to return in the future.

The house was stunning and well equiped which made the stay very relaxed. The rooms have the right sizes, are clean and nicely decorated. Definitely a recommendable house to rent for an optimum vacation experience.

Our stay was fabulous! We stayed for 5 nights…it was myself, hubby and 3 teenagers and found the home to be extremely comfortable and clean. The decor is beautiful and even better in person. We enjoyed the pool and back porch area in the evenings. There are plenty of restaurants and markets to walk to but we especially enjoyed walking to Natural Mystic restaurant…highly recommend! The home itself has everything you need to get you through a week…especially appreciated the toilet paper, paper towel, etc on hand to get you started. The kitchen was well stocked although we didn’t cook we did use the grill/griddle outside which was great. The laundry was also another bonus having both a washer and dryer is very hard to find in Europe. We usually find places with the combo washer/dryer and they are next to impossible to decode how to work. Overall, we would give this place a 10+++ and will definitely come back if in Ibiza again!
