A lovely villa with plenty of space a great pool and a splendid view

Just back from a week's stay at Bart's villa in the San Jose hills. Lovely traditional building with kitchen, lounge, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday and is fully equipped including a modern Smart TV. The icing on the cake for us was the swimming pool which we made use of every day, sometimes at 10pm.Unless you're planning to stay at the villa all of the time, I would say a car is essential to get about. The villa is fairly isolated, accessed from the road via a rough track. There are no footpaths on the roads below that would get you to the nearest village, San Josep, which is aboout 4km away.We loved our stay and we hope to return very soon.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It's very centrally located at a 10 minutes drive from the beach (Cala Vadella) and appr. 25 minutes from Ibiza city. It's a 50 meter away from a busy road from which you sometimes hear the traffic if you are sitting outside (didn't bother us though). Owners live just behind the house. We didn't know that prior to arrival, but it was ok and you don't have the feeling you are watched at all. The house is very clean. A bit dark (especially outside of the high season when weather could be a bit less sunny) inside of the house, but well equipped to our desires. Our daughter made friends quite quickly with the dog and cats. All and all we would definately stay here again.

We had a very relax journey in this house with a pool and mountain view

Our accommodation in Ibiza was truly beautiful and idyllically located. The hosts were extremely friendly and had a very sweet dog that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was very clean, including the accommodation itself and the pool. We could always contact the hosts with any questions and received a response within minutes. Overall, it was an excellent place to fully enjoy our vacation. The only small drawback was the lack of air conditioning, but thanks to the hillside location and the constant gentle breeze, it was quite bearable.

We had a great stay in Bart and Caty’s beautiful little house. It was a good base to discover the island we also loved staying in the house and just take it easy by the pool some afternoons when the kids needed to rest. We appreciated the friendly and welcoming approach of Caty and Bart and are very pleased with our vacation, from kids to grown ups.

Perfect spot to discover Ibiza. The house was clean and comfortable. Bart very welcoming, friendly and generous, we really appreciated. We highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time! Bart and Catalina are wonderful hosts. The finca is beautifully located and quite quiet. The pool is well maintained as is everything else. Here you can enjoy your time and switch off. It is a good starting point for exploring Ibiza. Bart and Catalina are easy to contact and they gave us very good tips (food, beaches). The dog and cats are well behaved and brought us (especially our daughter) a lot of joy. Thanks you for having us ?
