Stayed Apr 25, 2024A bright & sunny cottage in a perfect Venice location. Wavecrest is a quiet walking street that is very peaceful, yet you are only minutes away from the beach to the right, or Abbot Kinney Blvd to the left. So easy to walk to restaurants, shops, or nearby bike rentals! The owner is very accessible & accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Nov 2, 2023The house is exactly as advertised. Everything is like brand new. Beds were comfortable. Perfect for 2 couples. We loved drinking coffee on the front porch in the mornings. Walking distance to the beach/shops made it easy. We didn’t need to rent a car just used ride shares to go anywhere further out. The host was on top of communication. Great trip!

Stayed Aug 24, 2023We loved our stay at this property! The house was perfect for two couples. The home is stylishly decorated, well stocked, comfortable, clean and located within a couple of blocks from the beach in a quiet residential neighborhood off a quaint alley. We found a great coffee house a couple of blocks away on Pacific Avenue and it was just a short walk to shopping and restaurants on Abbot Kinney Blvd. The owner was very accommodating with an early check-in which was much appreciated. We hope to be able to visit again soon.
