Stayed Jan 10, 2026House in a lovely neighborhood with nice people nearby. Venice is a compact town so the house is close to restaurants and venues - you can get anywhere in minutes. Kitchen well equipped. Garage was well equipped with fishing and beach gear. Host Bruce easy to reach and collaborative. Our sole disappointment was that the spa and pool were not heated. The weather was cool mostly so I could only swim/ exercise in pool one day. The pool had a heater but Bruce declined my offer to pay more to heat it after we learned from the guest book that recent guests did have it heated. Better to book ( for pool purposes). in warmer times of year than January in Florida.

Stayed Dec 27, 2025Property was wonderful! Had a well equipped kitchen and plenty of beach equipment. Located within minutes of multiple grocery stores and farmers markets and very close to downtown Venice/beach, but still a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the heated pool and water feature as well! We would definitely go again! Thanks Bruce!

Stayed Aug 7, 2025We arrived very late and were able to easily come in and go to sleep - everything was set up nicely. There was coffee in the morning which was wonderful since we hadn’t been able to get any groceries. Kitchen was well stocked and a garage fridge.

Stayed Jul 1, 2025We were in Venice to visit my parents. We chose this property for its proximity to not my parents but also the beach. Loved the pool and pool deck area. Everything you could need is on site. Bruce is a great host and makes everything easy. We will definitely be back to stay

Stayed Mar 1, 2025Enjoyed the spa and swimming pool. Neighborhood was safe, nice and quiet! Owner was very responsive and helpful when the water temperature needed increased for the hot tube and pool.
