We had a wonderful weekend stay at Peter’s VRBO on Nantucket. The home was exactly as advertised—comfortable, clean, and ideally located just a 10-minute stroll from downtown, making it easy to enjoy all that Nantucket has to offer. Peter was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with any questions. We especially enjoyed being able to cook meals at home and then walk into town for dessert at the Juice Bar. We're already looking forward to staying there again—highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Comfy beds, great location (close enough for walking to the town center but away from the crowded streets) good layout , modernized bathrooms and all the amenities we wanted. Peter was a great Host. We will be back!

This house was fantastic! It had everything you could possibly need or want. A 15 minute walk to town and a 20 minute walk to Steps Beach. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. I can’t wait to rent this property again! Thank you Peter!

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this lovely home for Thanksgiving week. It’s close to town and in a great location. It was clean, beautifully appointed and comfortable, even with a great library of novels and books about Nantucket! The host was a prompt and positive communicator. Overall, it was an excellent stay! I’d recommend this VRBO to anyone!

Very comfortable home, in a perfect location to attend the wedding of a close friend. 6 adults in the, able to walk to all the events. Peter, the host very gracious, allowing us not only an early check in, but also a later check out. Thank you Peter, we had a wonderful weekend.

My many thanks to Peter who was a 5 star host during our trip to Nantucket. Appreciated his responsiveness during our extended stay, and his desire to make our stay the best it could be. While the beach is never far away, this is a great location for people who are looking to spend time in town shopping, at restaurants, and enjoying the offerings of town.

A sweet property close to town. We had a lovely stay here-cottage charm with updated kitchen and bathrooms. We were able to walk into town for dinners and shopping. Outdoor shower for after the beach. Highly recommend.

The property was in a wonderful location that allowed my wife and I to walk to town, beaches, restaurants, etc. It was exceptionally clean, relaxing and had the perfect amount of Nantucket charm! Highly recommend for couples or families. There was plenty of room.

This is our second year at this property and we already have plans to return next year. The house is in a great location to town. A very easy walk to the center of Main Street. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. Peter is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

Pictures of property much more pristine than reality. Towels, screens, living room furniture in need of attention. Washer broken upon arrival and not fixed during weeklong stay due to getting a specific part. Great location tho!
