Beautifully Remodeled Beach Retreat: Steps to Sand & Harbor – Ideal for Families

Outstanding beach home. Perfect location between the harbor and the beach. Short walk to both. Home was decorated beautifully, with great attention to details! It had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen drawers and cabinets even labeled! Perfect spot for our extended family to be together, while attending our granddaughter's wedding in the area. Elizabeth was so pleasant, and forthcoming in answering all my questions! I highly recommend it!

Loved this beautiful place. Perfect location. The house was equipped with practically everything needed for our family vacation. The host was so responsive and accommodating. We were 10 adults. And there was definitely enough room for all of us. The beach equipment and the bikes made the experience so much greater. Just happy memories for us.

We had a wonderful stay. The host provided so many amenities and she was always available for any questions. We fixed Thanksgiving dinner with a wonderful well stocked kitchen...we even found a meat thermometer! Quiet neighborhood and steps to the marina with seals and sea lions to entertain. Wonderful views of the Channel Islands. Room for 3 cars in the driveway! A great vacation!

Yet again we were not disappointed. It's a beautiful home, in a great location. It is stocked with everything you'll need to enjoy a beach vacation. Easy check-in and very responsive. We will stay again for sure.

This is a great property. It is a well located, equipped, and maintained beach house. We loved snuggling with kids in the evening by the rooftop fire pit. The kitchen is one of the best that we have seen.

The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The kitchen was large, clean, and easily accommodated our group. Lots of windows with natural light, and an upstairs outdoor patio. We loved being so close to the beach- a one minute walk! We also loved using the bikes and kayaks. Elizabeth was very kind, hospitable, and a joy to work with.

Beautiful accommodations, with meticulous amenities, for a wonderful family vacation celebration! Everything we could have ever needed, was thoughtfully provided, from a welcoming patriotic flower bouquet, to baby powder for removal of sand between the toes, and all items in between, like bikes, paddle boards, beach towels, grill, and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and family meals. Our host was very proactively informative on things to do, places to see, and local events happening during our stay. A wonderful place to celebrate, enjoy, and get away! Highly recommended!

The house was absolutely beautiful, spotless, and had every convenience you could ever want. Comfy beds, room to be all together or cozy spots for reading and quiet time. It was perfect for our family reunion with our kids and grandkids. Close to everything, we enjoyed kayaking, bike riding, the Farmer’s Market, Duffy boats, paddle boarding, and boogie boarding. At the house we barbecued several nights on the great outside rooftop deck followed by dinner round the large dining table sharing our best parts of the day. We played games in the evenings (lots to choose from), and we all contributed to one of the jigsaw puzzles available. Several evenings we played volleyball on the sand courts close by. We laughed a lot as our competitions were long on enthusiasm and short on skill. Elizabeth was a kind and gracious host who responded immediately to any of our questions. We all agreed it was the our favorite vacation home.

Great stay with 3 generations! House is sweet and super location! We all had a wonderful time! ??️?
