Stayed Jul 26, 2025We had an excellent time staying at this home. It is very comfortable and well appointed. The porch room is a major highlight, and we enjoyed eating meals and playing games around it. No Cape house is complete without an outdoor shower, so we were glad this home had one, and it was clean with minimal spiders. We met one of the owners on the way out, and he was very friendly.The house comfortably fit six people and seemed to have mostly new appliances.Something to note, is that this house is listed on other websites for less than it is on Vrbo. I recommend booking through one of those to avoid the extra fees.I would definitely recommend this home!

Stayed Jul 27, 2019This home was perfect for our family of four. While very convenient, being right off of 6, the house and yard was extremely quiet and peaceful. The house was close to many beaches, both bayside and oceanside, as well as other attractions such as the Wellfleet Drive-in, Mini-Golf, and even a quick drive up to Provincetown. The house itself was clean, and we spent every night outside on the screened in patio, which was great to have. There is also a ping pong table and foosball table in the basement, which we didn't have a chance to test out, since we were fortunate enough to have only sunny days during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed Jul 14, 2018We loved the screened in porch, bbq area and large lawn for games. Ping- pong table and extra beach gear were a plus. Beds were comfortable and House was nicely decorated.

Stayed Jul 1, 2017We stayed at the house for a week. Everything was very clean and tidy. The location was minutes to beaches, walking distance to trails. The owner and real estate company we worked with were extremely helpful and responsive ! The house has a big private yard on a quiet street. Would recommend staying here!

Stayed Jul 23, 2016The house was beautiful, nice new furniture and had everything that we needed except.... a regular sized coffee maker. The coffee maker that comes with the house only makes 2 cups at a time. That is our ONLY complaint. The house was clean and obviously well cared for. The couch was very comfortable and the beds nice. Would definitely recommend to families. We have two small children and the open layout made it easy to keep an eye on them. The house is also conveniently located, just off of Route 6 with a supermarket just a mile away, but you feel secluded. Hoping to stay again!
