This beautifully furnished pet-friendly townhome features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and two living areas so there is plenty of space to spread out. Located just a short block to the ocean and walking distance to Johnnie Mercer’s Pier, if you are looking for a wonderful view and convenient location then this is the perfect place!

As you enter “Harley’s Hideaway” you are led to the first living level. A cozy sitting nook lined with windows makes a prefect place to tuck away and read your favorite book. There is a plush sofa and smart TV for those family members that want to kick their feet up and catch up on their favorite shows. A nice, covered deck off the living area makes for a great hideout to soak in the salt air without all the sun! Just down the hall you will find the three guest rooms. The first guest room is furnished with two twin size beds and has a jack and jill bathroom that connects to the queen guest room. The third guest room on this level features a cozy king size bed, secluded balcony, and a private bathroom that is stylishly remodeled.

The top floor of this mini paradise houses the main living space and is extremely open and welcoming! You can cook a meal, relax on the sofa, or take in the breeze while people watching from the deck - all with a view of the ocean! The kitchen is well stocked and outfitted with gorgeous granite and all the conveniences of home. Beautiful hardwood floors and large windows line the space and give a natural glow to the great room. The primary suite offers a private balcony with views of the Intracoastal Waterway, a gorgeously remodeled bathroom complete with a walk-in shower and garden tub, and a spacious king-sized bed.

This property has been equipped with an elevator in the past, however, it is not compliant with Weston’s Law and therefore has been disabled. The elevator cannot legally be operated for any purpose. We greatly regret any inconvenience this may cause, and we appreciate your kind understanding as we work with the homeowner and our local vendors to eliminate any deficiencies and provide a safe amenity for everyone to enjoy. All facilities that are complaint and permit elevator usage will be able to be filtered in search results by selecting the Elevator or Private Elevator amenity search. Any listing that includes this paragraph is intended to indicate that the residence no longer includes use of the onsite elevator.

Stay Requirements: Friday to Friday rental in summer. Minimum of three-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: Covered parking for 1 vehicle. The driveway can accommodate 2-3 additional vehicles.
Pet Policy: Pet Policy: Dogs welcome as an optional add-on for this property with a non-refundable fee of $250 + tax that is charged per pet. Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. Charge will be added after booking when the option to bring a pet and number of pets are selected. Nonrefundable fees are listed in the House Rules and animals must be disclosed via the Rental Agreement. Fees are not included automatically when booking on VRBO and must be paid separately to the host if you wish to bring a pet(s). Failure to disclose and prepay for dogs will result in penalty fees which are disclosed in House Rule #16.

Prohibited: No Smoking, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

    What a great spacious house in a perfect location! 6 of us enjoyed our stay here and will definitely book again. The sunset views out of the back windows were gorgeous, as well as being able to see the ocean from the dining room and front decks! Tips - bring your own beach towels, shampoo etc, and beach chairs.

    We had a great time at Harley’s Hideway. Everything was good. My only problem is that we could not take our dog also HARLEY to the beach even during early morning or late afternoon. But that is a Wrightsville beach issue. THANK YOU!

    This home was perfect for the 6 people (older and younger adults) in my family/party. It was clean, the kitchen quite well-supplied, comfortable and about a hundred or so yards from the beach. The property manager was responsive and communicated clearly and effectively. I’d return in a heartbeat!

    This house is amazing for a beach stay with friends! The house if perfectly located one block from the beach, but its a straight shot and flat - easy for carrying items. The beach is gorgeous and clean, not crowded. The house can accommodate many friends, large family etc. Multiple decks, two separated living spaces, and 3.5 bathrooms make it a perfect layout for any group. The house is clean, updated, and has an open concept. This is a very comfortable and elegant space. Wonderful place to stay, will come back!!
