This a beautiful, clean and well maintained home. The neighborhood is so quiet and the neighbors are friendly. This is an amazing rental. I'm going to miss this home when our assignment is over.

Stayed Apr 1, 2025Loved this house. Ednas, Fenney Grill, Sawgrass, Brownwood, Lake Sumpter, Hogeye & Black Lake paths were amazing. We saw baby Mockingbirds, Mourning Doves and Brown Thrashers in the yard. Add some golf and a very nice golf cart it all adds up to a great stay. I hope to book here again in the future.

Stayed Jan 2, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The use of the golf cart was very helpful, as we used it to go to nearby executive golf courses. Very good central location in The Villages. Kitchen was very well supplied and bed was very comfortable. Also, shower was really nice. We would stay here again!

Spent a lot of time in the lanai which is private due to beautiful landscaping. Inside the couch and master bed very comfy. Great shower. Loved the Sugarcane Rec Area. Beautiful pool and park. Friendly people. The golf cart was icing on the cake!

The house was as expected and we didn't have any problems. I especially appreciated the little kits with dishwasher and laundry tablets, as well as the bathroom kits. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The community is beautiful and we loved using the golf cart to go to the pool and grocery store. Also this location is close to the turnpike and 75 and we would take 75 down to Clearwater beach for the day.
