Beautifull *4BDR/ 2Bath *Home Close to Parks and Downtown!

Very nice and clean. Ants were in kitchen, but otherwise wonderful.

The property was very clean and looked exactly as we expected. The kitchen was fully equipped with a wide assortment of pots and pans and more than ample plates, bowls, tableware and cooking utensils. The host was very responsive to my inquiries and provided the necessary check in information three days ahead of time. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and made up with tasteful bedding. There were ample towels and an assortment of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Every sink was supplied with hand soap. A shopping center was just four minutes away and downtown was less than fifteen minutes away.

The house was very well kept nice clean it made you feel like home away from him. Very quiet neighborhood not far from stores. Kitchen had plates, pots and pans , and utensils . Would rent this property again.

Location was awesome 15 - 20 mins to everywhere we were going. Photo's are a true representation of the house.

Pros: Host was responsive. House was clean and updated. Well stocked with dishware, flatware, pots and pans. Nice to have a finished basement for the fam with a newborn. Couldn’t hear a peep from them.Cons: on a fairly busy street. Terrible pillows. Skimpy bedding. Sink taps either scalding or freezing, but shower taps turned all the way hot were almost hot. Would’ve appreciated ziplocks or Tupperware for leftovers. We swiped a lot of take home restaurant boxes for that purpose. Still had a great time visiting family for the holidays!

We were there for Bands of America. Perfect for us. 2 living areas was a plus. Very clean. Highly recommend.

Taking family to visit family in St. Louis and attend a baseball game. The house was wonderful. All family members love it and the stay was very comforting. Access to events was very simple. Highly recommended.

Great location; close to everything our families wanted to do! Plenty of space for all eight of us to spread out after a long day of activities. Host was very responsive to questions. Overall, a great stay!

Rental is clean, spacious, very close to parks

It was a nice house but the living room furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The beds were very hard also. I think if the owner upgraded the couches, chairs and beds, it would be perfect. We are coming again in June but I won't stay here because it was so uncomfortable.

A beautiful home, very friendly host that responds quickly! Was plenty big enough for our group of 6 we didn’t feel crowded.

This property was perfect for our stay. We had 7 adults and 3 small kids. There was plenty of room for all of us and not too far from St. Louis attractions.

Stayed at the property for a long weekend, nicely updated, clean, plenty of space for 4 couples to stay. Kitchen is well equiped, nice Tvs, comfy beds, WIFI worked great. Can easily park 3-4 cars. The location is very convenient, 15 mins to Busch stadium, the zoo, or Grants Farm. About 30 mins to the airport. Host was super responsive. Sounds like there is a lot of crime in St Louis in general, but we never had any issues. Would definitely stay again.

The house looks small from the outside but has plenty of room on the inside. Everything was clean and neat. Updates have been done. The downstairs was perfect for our daughter, son-in-law and our 2 grandchildren. We were able to get quickly to all the attractions and restaurants we wanted to visit.

House in an easy location to get on the highway to go downtown or anywhere you want to go. Plenty of room for all of us. The basement is nice is some guests want to be separated from the guests on the main floor

Would recommend.
