Beautiful Wine Country Retreat w/ Pool, Hot Tub, Game Room Barn & Views!

Everything was incredibly clean, spacious, nicely decorated and better than the pictures. Would definitely stay here again. Awesome location, private and very spacious.

Beautiful spacious home and property with lots of privacy, great location and especially loved all the amenities that gave us so many things to enjoy…pool, hot tub, barn with pool table, ping pong, darts, foosball,etc along with outside games as well more darts, corn hole, horseshoes, bocci, etc. Absolutely great spot for our family, would definitely rent again!!

The property and the house were wonderful! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the outdoor patio was heavenly. The house was well-equipped and beautifully set up for us and provided a quiet respite to our busy days on the bike and hiking. The location was gret, not far from downtown Sonoma and within in a 30 minute drive of most hikes and bike outings we enjoyed. Would definitely come agin and the property manager ws fantastic, as well!

This property is truly amazing. We stopped in Sonoma in the middle of a two week trip across the west. This property is located within a 5 min drive to Sonoma Town Center. It is walkable to wineries and is located on a private quiet drive. The house is lovely. It is clean and has everything you need to make your stay feel like home. The true gem of the property is the outside space. The pool is perfect. It is heated so was warm enough for our kids to spend a lot of time in. The outside furniture is very comfortable to relax in. The hot tub was a definite plus when the sun went down and it got chilly. The view is beautiful and the barn is just to best. Our kids would get up early to run out to the barn to play ping pong, pool, darts or foosball. We had a hiccup with the original house we were supposed to stay in at the last minute. The property owners were so wonderful to help us out so we had a place to stay. They were wonderful throughout the trip and are very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again.

From check in to check out Patrick, the property manager was over the top. He went above and beyond the limits of a manager. The house exceeded our expectations. The pool, hot tub and game barn were everything we needed. This is about 5 min from Sonoma square. Do yourself a favor and book it and don’t miss Gundlach Bundschu Winery. It’s only 2-3 min from the house!

What a perfect place to celebrate my 40th birthday! Ideal location (private, but close to all the offerings of Sonoma and Napa), spacious (more than enough room for our group of 6, and great entertaining spaces), and the backyard is a destination of its own—we especially enjoyed the hot tub on cooler evenings. Would love to return!

Stunning interior and great experience!

Seth's place is perfect for a family gathering. The home is clean and well appointed with plenty of space inside and outside for our group of 8. Plenty of kitchen supplies for us to prepare a Thanksgiving feast. Washer and dryer, and outdoor grill were a big plus. The barn was a hit with everyone, and we spent hours playing ping pong, billiards, darts, and foosball. Location was great, with easy access to Sonoma Square. Less than 30 min drives to Napa, Yountville, St. Helena, and Petaluma, and about an hour drive to Bodega Bay. Very good communication with Seth, and Patrick the neighbor who helps oversee the property. We did not use the hot tub (initially not functional due to recent heavy rains, but fixed halfway through our stay), or the pool (too cold). Small unpaved road access to the house is very tricky to find at first, especially coming in from Napa. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great place to stay with lots of fun activities for all ages!

This home was great for our 3 couple trip to Sonoma. Perfect location and lots to do at the home with the game barn and hot tub. Pros: large kitchen, living room and entertaining space. Great location for our Sonoma wine tour. Cons: hot tub needs some repair and deep cleaning. Towels could be replaced. Game barn needs a cleaning.

We had the best time the house was perfect. Close to Sonoma Square. Very clean , beautifully decorated and Seth and Patrick were very responsive with any questions we had. Next time in the area would definitely want to stay there .

This house was very comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed and everything worked well, from the bikes, to the pool, and the outdoor grill. It felt very private, yet close to downtown Sonoma and many wineries. We appreciated all the “dos and don’ts” in the house book, as well as all the great suggestions. The pool was especially nice and inviting since we had 4+ days of 100” weather! Seth was particularly kind and patient, and responded promptly to our questions about the TV. The barn looked quite fun, but frankly it was too hot to really use it. We would definitely stay here again!

Sonoma is always a great time with our adult family. This property has great indoor and outdoor spaces. Used the pool and hot tub every day plus the kitchen, bedrooms, dinning room, and family rooms gave us plenty of space. Patrick, the property manager was super helpful when we had a hot tub issue.

A beautiful property in a perfect location. Excellent communication from the owner and property manager. Everything was clean and in perfect condition. Would definitely recommend and return to this property again. Last time we visited, we stayed in Napa, but I now feel that this is a better location. Just minutes away from Sonoma Square.
