This property is amazing! Great place for a large group of friends and family. Beds were comfortable with top quality bedding. kitchen had all the equipment needed to make meals. There is plenty of dining space for a large group. Charming decorations throughout the house. All in all a wonderful home.

This house , and hostess, were perfect for our group of ten. House is good size, and very charming. Kitchen well equipped, especially for a tea drinker!We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this place.

Exceptional! Our stay at the Alexander house was beyond perfect. The house was complete with all amenities. The decor kept you wandering from room to room in awe of the collections and how it all flowed so well together. So much room to spread out providing perfect gathering spaces. The beds were very comfortable with lovely linens. The kitchen had everything we needed. Every bathroom was fully stocked with necessities. Joka and Keefe could not have been better hosts. Their communication and attentiveness was over the top .

Absolutely exceptional stay! This VRBO exceeded all expectations. The home itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable—everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. It easily accommodated all 10 of us with plenty of space to spread out, relax, and enjoy each other’s company without ever feeling crowded.The location could not have been better. Nestled in a quiet and charming neighborhood, it offered both peace and privacy, while still being just minutes from some of the best vineyards and tasting rooms in the area.One of the standout features was the host’s responsiveness and genuine hospitality. Stayed at this home with my brother and sister and their families. Plenty of room, and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t spend much time at the home, due to events planned for the wedding we were all attending, but the time we did spend there was quite enjoyable!

The Alexander House was the perfect for our family celebration weekend. It has historic charm yet modern convenience. Coffee shops, local restaurants, and wineries are only a few blocks away. Best of all... Joka helped ensure everything was perfect for the weekend.

The hosts for this property were very kind and made sure that we felt welcomed. They stocked the fridge and provided other thoughtful items to make our stay more comfortable such as coffee, cream, tea, wine, etc. The home itself was well suited for large groups, with plenty of space to spread out and also to gather together. Neighborhood was super safe and quiet and we were able to walk to the downtown restaurants and (our favorite) bakery in less than 5 minutes. The house is full of interesting items collected over many generations and provided great conversation starters. Every bedroom had its own theme; you could imagine the joy that the hosts must have felt when they found and placed the items in each room. We found it easy to get to all of our wineries, and appreciated the ones the hosts added to our list.

The location of this property was superb in that it was so close of a walking distance to the wineries and surprisingly wonderful restaurants. The property manager went to every level to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. It exceeded our expectations and made our trip a blast. If I am in Carlton or the Williamette Valley this will be our home

Almost perfect for 8 adults. Had expected 4 toilets but otherwise it served our purpose perfectly.

Great location for wine tasting. Fun house to stay, with all the art and collections. Spacious rooms and gathering areas. Only has 2 full bathrooms and 2 quarter bathrooms ie.1 with a shower and a sink and the other with a toilet and a sink. We made it work with 4 couples. Yes, we would stay there again.

If you have the chance to stay at this property, take it! Joka was the sweetest person to work with and even added special touches to the house for our stay that were so thoughtful. The house was perfect for our family gathering with plenty of space and a great location. I cannot say enough good things about the house itself or Joka and Alexander. The communication with them was fantastic! It was truly a wonderful trip!

Joka and Alexander could not have been more responsive or thoughtful. Their home is lovely and has every amenity possible. We had the best time and if our plans bring us to Carlton again, we will definitely want to stay here.

Wonderful property conveniently located in Willamette Valley. Very clean and comfortable for our group of 8.
