Charming doesn't even begin to describe this modern, tastefully appointed waterfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house.
Plush bedding, upgraded kitchen and bath, and a breezy terrace perfect for bbq's. This home features a private pool, and dock for a 30ft boat and direct canal access to the open ocean water.
All comforts of home are provided, including towels, linens, pots and pans. The house is also equipped with cable TV, wifi, a grill out back, and essential toiletries. Located in the Florida keys, right in between Key Largo and Isla Morada.

House Rules & Policies

Access to the property;

If requested, we can allow our guest access to each property at 1:00 pm when the cleaning process start, but remember, it is until 4:00 pm that we will not complete it. Each guest have the option of leaving their luggage and return after cleaning is complete.

We reserve the right to access the property in case of emergency or a service is needed. When a problem arise, guest will inform us immediately an request that the limitation is solve in a reasonable time for both parties, consider that weekends, after hours and holidays can affect how a situation is handle and the problem resolve.

Pool area;

In those properties that we offer a pool you, use it at your own risk and always consider the weather conditions. Also, family with children, never leave them unattended, you are completely responsable of their security and well been.

Taxes;

Some companies don't handle the collection of tax, if you don't see it in your bill, tax will be collected in the facilities at check in. If applicable.

Smoking;

We allow smoking in all open areas of our properties, we encourage guest not to smoke in the bedroom or any close area within any property or facilities. By fact, we don't allow smoking in any room or inside the property.
Fee for smoking in the room and / or inside house / apartment $200.00 non refundable.

Pets;

We are a pet friendly facility, but you should also consider our facilities like your home. We expect that our guest have control and properly supervise their animal. Please, if you are out in search for fun and freedom, leave them in a proper cage with enough food and consider that they have their own necessities.
Pet/Dog no more than 20lbs allowed and fee $350 /each, non refundable.

Facilities Capacity

Each property has a maximum of people allowed. Be advise that at time of booking they all need to be reported, more persons than those reported will be enough reason to request guest to vacate, force an immediate cancellation and no refund will be issue or allowed.

Water: The normal average consumption of Water to the property is between $100 and $115 por month. Boats require washing and water consumption exceeds quite a bit. Any amount that exceeds $115 per month on the water bill would be require to be paid by Tenant.
Water Deposit $1,000.00, the remaining balance of the $1000 Deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure.

A confirm reservation and / or a paid deposits become non refundable, they are the sole guarantee for us to block dates and have property calendar block dates.

Alarm;

Never leave the house with out it, it protect your property and ours. When sleeping, please consider the sleeping mode.

Relocation;

We reserve the right to relocate our guest in emergency cases. If the guest is not satisfy with the property, the host will be given reasonable time to make the necessary corrections. If after everything is corrected, guest still not satisfy we will offer relocation to a similar property. If guest does not allow relocation or is unwilling to and cancel the reservation, no refund can be requested or issue.

Booking confirmation

We believe in the seriousness of the business we are doing, we know and understand the concerns and doubts that we all have when making the deposit to separate our dates, however, companies that offer our services have security systems that can help your transaction to be safe and guaranteed.
Rules and regulations for reservations:
Property damage protection can be required as an extra guarantee during any rental.
Personal identification such as passport or driver license will be required to each person that will sleep in our facilities.
Copy of both sides of the credit card used for the reservation.
Credit card MUST matched personal identification of at least one of the persons sleeping in the property, unless a corporate reservation is in place and prior approval is required. For more details 305-305-9646.

    This property is exactly as it is shown. Lots of beautiful outdoor space. Nice screened in porch, beautiful canal side patio with very little boat traffic and lots of space and comfortable seating. The pool was perfect for floating in and sunning on the loungers. The house is exactly as shown, and the beds are very comfortable! Close to restaurants, shopping and the best key lime pie we have ever had at the Blond Giraffe! Gladys was great and always got back to us right away. We will go back.

    This place had everything we were looking for and Gladys was just wonderful in helping with anything we needed. The perfect hostess. It had a fenced yard, screened in porch, a pool which was a bonus, a lovely patio. The inside was decorated so nicely and very clean. It could have had a few more serving and storage dishes but we made do. The only problem was the road noise. Thought since we were off route 1 it would be good , but Burton Rd. is noisy too.

    This property was everything and more. Inside was spacious , comfortable & well decorated. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed. The outside space was my favorite. Beautiful screened in porch, pool was awesome, great place to cool off and relax. Two other outside patio areas with comfortable outside furniture to visit or cuddle up and read book. I had to work while I was visiting and the home had plenty of spaces to work and WIFI was great. I hope to be able to return again.

    The pictures don’t do this place justice. Everything was immaculate!! It’s a beautifully decorated home with great energy, and it’s clear Gladys puts a lot of effort into making it so. Our first impression walking through was that she really pays attention to detail. Little things like extra throws in the living room, unusual useful kitchen tools, luxury linens and pillows, and even some pantry staples in stock made all the difference. This is now our favorite Florida vacation spot. We wish we could stay forever, but for now we have to settle for making this a once-a-year vacation spot.

    Do not rent from this owner! Bug problem. Bug traps all over. Multiple itchy bug bites. So itchy, kids would itch until they bled then homeowner requested to keep our security deposit because sheets stained from blood because of the PEST PROBLEM. She also tried to charge us for a broken bed that was broken when we got there. House was so bad, my husband flew back home early. Owner dishonest.

    Very pleased with how easy checking in and out was. I enjoyed my stay in Tavernier centrally located in the upper keys. Lots to do! Loved the design and very comfortable. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

    Very impressed. Met Ana the day we checked in and she was just wonderful. Best of all my wife was very pleased. The place was very clean and well equipped. We really enjoyed dining on the screened porch in the evenings. We also enjoyed the pool everyday and riding the bikes. Would I vacation there again? In a heart beat. The neighbors were the best you could ask for. Location was great,9 miles to Islamorada and 6 miles to Key Largo. DQ,Dairy Queen, around the corner for desert, Key Lime pie factory close by also. I have stayed in other keys but this is by far the best. Thanks again Ana you where terrific Jimmy Parks

    We were greated by Gladys and Ana these ladies made us feel right at home. When you walk into this beautiful place, you fall in love! it's extremely clean and beautifully decorated. It's in a quiet neighborhood 5 min to market, restaurants. We truly enjoyed staying here and will be back next year! THANK YOU!
