Beautiful Waterfront Home with a Pool & Boat Slip

The host was awesome providing an easy to follow check-in/check-out sheet during our amazing Waterfront Vacation Stay...always readily available with info when needed.We truly enjoyed an incredible view of the water with different birds (mostly pelicans) feeding and an occasional dolphin! Watching beautiful sunrises and sunsets from the upper deck was the highlight of every day!Perfect property location for our family gatherings even enjoyed the pool in November! A well stocked kitchen providing necessary items for preparing and serving our meals...Overall, looking forward to a return trip!

Kitchen set up was great!! Place was clean and beautiful.The upstairs balcony was great to watch the sunset and sunrise!

Everything was great, the only negative was the pool water was somewhat dirty and clouded. I reported that to the property manager and was told the pump wasn't working , but the pool was tested and was safe to swim in.

We are definitely renting again

Overall we thought it was a nice house, good location, clean with comfortable beds. Fishing off the personal dock was fun and having a pool was great! I love it that a regular coffee pot was available. We had everything we needed for our little vacay

From the reservation to check out the process was seamless. The property was beautiful. There were ants in the kitchen but that didn't damper our stay.

This house met all expectations. Our grandkids had a blast in the pool and private fishing dock. Location to other activities was good. Short drive to park and beach on the Gulf. We stayed a week and no one wanted to leave. Will definitely save info on this house for future trips.

There were a few problems but both the agent and the home owner were very helpful and involved. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds and linens were very clean and comfortable. It is a beautiful home and water view. Bird watching from the deck is amazing. I would most definitely recommend this home.

This is our second time to stay at the property. The43 is a bit more wear on the outside dock and deck, but overall, it’s just as nice as it was several years ago. We enjoy how convenient this location is and my little boy and nephews love having the pool to themselves. I do think they’ve added a few more bowls/pots/pans/etc since our last stay because the kitchen had every single thing we needed. The fridge door was broken, so having to make sure it shut properly was a constant concern of mine because of the kids, but the property manager had let me know about that ahead of time, so I didn’t worry that we had somehow broken it. Overall, great property with room to spread out. We’d definitely book here again.

Great location to stay and enjoy Rockport. We went to the beach a day and returned back to relax by the pool. Night fishing off the pier was also relaxing and fun. We also got a show from the pier with a family of Dolphins feeding in the bay! Awesome place to stay with plenty of rooms and space! Recommend and will surely stay again!
