Stayed Aug 9, 2023I thought the property was well maintained. Loved the ice machine! Great touch there. Great location for our end of the day relaxation at the springs. Can’t beat the straight shot back to the house

Stayed Jul 9, 2023This home exceeded my expectations. We stay in Homassasa every year and this is the first home that I want to come back to. The house is very comfortable with all appliances and bathrooms in working order. The kitchen is well appointed. The property is great for fishing and easy access to the springs. The covered boat lift and dock and ice machine were also super useful. It rained one of the days and the kids enjoyed the variety of games the house had. The covered car porch was also great for a rainy day. I would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 15, 2023The owner was super friendly and attentive. The home is clean and updated and fully stocked. The boat parking was under a cover with plenty of space. Ice machine was super convenient. Just around the corner from the spring. Definitely will be back!

Stayed Jun 1, 2023We loved this property!! The location is perfect and close to everything in Homosassa by boat or car. The house is very clean, has a great layout, and is decorated so nicely. We love the outdoor seating and boat dock. I would absolutely recommend this property!

Stayed May 11, 2023An amazing place to stay! Owner was amazing and very responsive. Location was well suited for all activities. Yard was amazing with a great porch and outdoor space for playing or fishing or bird watching. We will be back again!

Stayed Apr 24, 2023Easy-to-use app to rent this property. Overall it was a great place, peaceful and well maintained. Host was easily accessible and got back in a timely manner. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful waterfront property with all the amenities to go with it.

Stayed Apr 10, 2023Home was very nice - looked just like the pictures, great decor and updated, and even bigger than expected. Beds were comfortable - even the pull-out couch bed had a foam mattress - and plenty of bathrooms. Loved the beautiful tile floors. Kitchen was big and well stocked. But honestly, we spent very little time inside, because the sunroom was The.Place.To.Be!!! Sat out there for coffee every morning, wine every night - water views from every angle. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful. We also enjoyed sitting out on the dock and did a little fishing… and we kayaked several times and loved it (saw manatees each time we went over to the springs - amazing!)… and my sister-in-law swears she had the best nap ever on the open air back patio couch. But again… ah… that sunroom. ? We would definitely come back to this home again.
