Beautiful Waterfront Beach House In Fenwick, Island Delaware

This house was awesome to stay at! The owner of the property was so attentive and very hands-on, which was great! The location of this house was perfect and made it easy to get to the beach. It’s in a quiet neighborhood as well which makes it nice.

We loved this house! Great location on the bay, beautifully decorated with high end furnishings. Kitchen well stocked, great outdoor bar space. Very responsive host. Would definitely stay again!

14 of us headed to the beach after school Got out- what a surprise to find such a bright and happy House right on the canal and waking to the beach and shops and restaurants. Our girls walked to the Atlantic Sirf Shop almost daily! And we SUPed to the crab house for dinner and back. We rented kayaks and SUP from nearby rental and they were delivered and picked up and the end. The rooms and beds are all big and new and very comfy. The upstairs kitchen and dining hangout held All 14 of us easily and the decks were perfect for watching sunsets with a nice breeze. We will definitely plan on returning here!

Great house, perfect for 9 of us! Bay access, kayak on site, hot tub, great decks, gourmet kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, beautifully decorated! We parked one car near the beach to transport beach chairs, etc... and walked or used the bikes at the house for quick trips back & forth. It’s also an easy walk to restaurants and shops.

We had such a wonderful week in this house! Plenty of space for all of our needs. Laurie was very attentive to making sure we had everything we needed and answered my MANY questions. The neighborhood was quiet and just a short walk to the main road where we went for our morning lattes, smoothies, and donuts. The parking pass for the beach was perfect and we sent all of our beach gear down in our truck (with a few passengers) and the rest of our family enjoyed the walk before we lounged on the beach for the day. I highly recommend this house for your next family vacation!

My family visited Fenwick-Island for the first time last year and we rented the Bayside Dr. House. We had an awesome week. The house is in a quiet area right on the water. We kayaked in the bay and sat on the deck with the views of Fenwick. It is in walking distance to the beach. There are also shops in walking distance and great spot for kids to walk around. The house is very spacious for everyone. We look forward to renting next year. Save the date for us!
