Stayed Oct 17, 2025John was an excellent host- great communication and accommodating. House was clean and cozy. We traveled with our 14 month old daughter- there were beach toys and chairs for us to use and room darkening curtains which worked great for nap times. We utilized the kitchen for cooking and baking and it was stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful balcony off the master bedroom for coffee and watching the sunrise. House is located in a quiet community, perfect for morning walks along the water. Very friendly neighbors. Highly recommended staying at this home!

Great restaurants nearby and a fish market as well!Comfy beds and plenty of seating in the living room. Quiet and beautiful neighborhood to walk around… perfect!

Stayed Oct 20, 2023Even though the weather was rainy and cloudy, we loved our stay at this lovely place!! The view is fantastic of the ocean from the upstairs & front of the house even through the rain & fog. I agree, it’s a million dollar view!!!! John has done a great job of decorating. It felt so homey. Best equipped VRBO house we have stayed. Comforty bed. Great area to walk and look at lovely homes. I highly recommend this place!

Stayed Oct 12, 2023My daughter’s family lives near by- we didn’t want to crowd them. Everything about this cottage was wonderful- clean, comfortable and location cannot be beat! Kitchen well stocked- really-wouldn’t change a thing. Want to come back when it’s warm enough to use the beach. Highly recommend
