The villa consists of a dining room with fully equipped kitchen corner, a living room that opens onto a sun terrace, two double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom, on the ground floor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room with fireplace and a mezzanine with 2 single beds.
Available table top games, music systems, TV with DVD player, sat-TV and internet access.
The bedrooms are air conditioned.
Included in the service is a maid who comes once a week for light cleaning duties and room make up.

The large garden offers terraced areas which extend the use of the house for al fresco dining during fine weather.
