Paradise Palm is a unique 3/2 home with your own privately heated pool overlooking the 9th fairway of Hacienda Hills Championship Golf Course. The home is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Hacienda a short cart ride to Spanish Springs.
You will feel welcome and relaxed as you enter the spacious pool area to either dine pool side with seating available for 6 or relax on lounge chairs. Whether you love to entertain or just lounge around, you will enjoy the comfort that our home has tooffers.

The living area includes a beautiful and functional kitchen with SS appliances, living room with reclining sofa and loveseat, and dining area that seats up to 6.
Step through the dividing glass doors into the charming spacious pool area with panoramic views of the 9th Fairway of Hacienda Hills Championship Golf Course.

Kitchen is bright and spacious complete with SS appliances. A well-stocked kitchen has a large variety of cooking tools and utensils to ensure you feel at home. A Keurig is ready to brew your perfect morning coffee or use the 12-cup coffee maker if you prefer.
Dining area is beautifully adorned with dishware and table linens offering a 5 star feel with seating for up to 6 whether enjoying a cocktail or elegant dinner.

Living area offers reclining sofa and love seat, beautiful rattan and wicker coffee and end tables while you enjoy watching the flat screen TV with cable.

Master is spacious with a King size bed. Enjoy the generous walk- in closet and private bath with walk-in shower.

Guest room is bright and cheery with beautiful linens and comfortable Queen size bed.
The third room is set up with a cozy couch to enjoy reading or watching TV. This room has outdoor access to the pool area, providing a changing room for our guests.

Entertainment, shopping and dining are close with Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Square just a short golf cart ride, offering many entertainment options. Lake Sumter Town Square offers waterfront dinning. The Villages 3 Town Squares offer music 365 nights a year.

Nearby country clubs are the Glen View Country Club and Terria Del Sol Country Club. After a day on the course visit any of the country club restaurants.

Enjoy a golf cart ride to numerous restaurants and shopping centers. For daily shopping needs visit the local shopping centers of Buffalo Ridge, you will find Walmart, Fresh Market and Florida’s Bealls outlet along with many restaurants. La Plaza grand offers Publix grocery store retail and banking. Spanish Plains you will find Walgreen pharmacy, Publix grocery store, restaurants and apparel shops. Sam's Club, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, Belk, and Target are handy, as well.
With the Village temporary resident ID card, you can use any of the 29 executive golf courses which are not your typical par 3 course, paying no greens fees. The executive golf courses present some challenging par 3s and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay discounted resident greens fees at the 12 Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activity swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball and over 2000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

Other amenities include 2019 Yamaha 4-seater gas golf cart, BBQ gas grill, WIFI, 2 bikes and daily newspaper. We do provide our guests with linens, towels for bath and pool, hair dyer, iron, and ironing board. We use Ring doorbell and security camera, located at front door and garage.
