Stayed Dec 26, 2025Scott was very welcoming and gave us a tour of the property. This was for out of town family to stay and all to gather for our Christmas. Everything we needed was there and in good condition. Beware of google map's directions to this property. It wants to dump you 2 houses down.

Stayed Aug 31, 2025This house within walking distance of Lake Shelbyville was a very nice home. It was super clean, exactly as written about and the hosts were very prompt with any communications. The neighborhood was pretty quiet, the town is nice, and it was just overall a really good experience. Absolutely no complaints! Everything was in perfect working order! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025This house is conveniently located next to a fantastic boat ramp and park near Lake Shelbyville. We brought our boat with us, and everything worked out well to unload/load the boat just minutes from the home! The house was very comfortable and well-stocked with all the necessities. Communication with the owners was excellent. Thank you!

Stayed Jun 27, 2025My husband, three year old and I traveled for a family gathering (they were staying at the Wolf Creek cabins, we opted for this property). Amazing location so close to the beach and downtown area. Beach is great for younger kids as they have a shallow area roped off and offer life vests for use (although we brought ours). Scott and Monica’s place was perfect and they were gracious hosts. Highly recommend!

Stayed Apr 18, 2025Loved this location with proximity to a charming park, beautiful lake and beach one block away, and gorgeous views! The grandkids loved walking to the park and feeding the ducks. Shelbyville is a relaxing getaway! Amenities at the house were appreciated and welcoming.
