Beautiful vacation home near the beach w/a pool

Beautiful vacaciones

Beautiful relaxing, lovely home. Super spacious

There was 6 of us. My son and his family of 4, my dil’s mother and me. I bunked with girls until they decided to go to living room, lol.Only issue we had was tv in first bedroom didn’t work. They said they would get it replaced, but it wasn’t replaced during our stay. House is clean, neighborhood is awesome. Had everything we needed.

Decent house but wouldn’t recommend staying if you are a group of teenagers. The owners were pretty threatening and strict making me walk on eggshells all trip and they will be checking the cameras to see what you are up to. Whole process seemed invasive and seemed like they wanted to evict us and take our money.

The pool & accommodations were great

We had such a great time. The host was extremely helpful, answering all of my questions and even getting some extra umbrellas for us to use at the beach!

We booked this stay for Fourth of July week. The main purpose being to have barbecues,cookout and swim. A couple weeks before our arrival I noticed a review that said the swimming pool was not working, so I contacted the owner who told me it was getting fixed. Long story short, we arrived and the pool was not in working order. It was more than half empty. She expected us to Fill it up ourselves. The filter is not working either. Based on pictures of the listing The area where the pool is severely damaged does not come up on any photos. This leads me to believe that their story that a previous Tenant and her dogs destroyed the pool right before we were to check in, is made up. This house needs a lot of deep cleaning on the inside whoever maintains it for them is not doing a good job. She offered me a small refund. But it was not enough. We could’ve rented a house Without a pool for way less than what we had to pay her daily. This was also during Fourth of July week, so there were no other rentals available and we were stuck in this home the whole week. VRBO Should ban them from booking on here because they clearly know that their swimming pool is not working properly and they are advertising falsely information.

It's a beautiful home. I won't say anything that I haven't already told the host privately. The pool liner and surrounding deck needs an upgrade. The in house floors are soooo slick when wet PLEASE BE CAREFUL!! The bunkbed is bent up and wobbly, be careful there as well! The host was great to communicate with. I'm not sure if the people who clean the house communicates good with them on the needed upgrades. Overall, my family and I made some good memories minus all the slips, falls and hospital visit!

Everything that was shown on Vrbo was correct and then some. The place exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness, amenities, convenience of everything around the area. All our questions were addressed promptly and clearly. Our family will definitely be back!
