Beautiful updated Kawama Townhouse. Two units available. Second unit #1306961.

Such a beautiful spot for families! Loved the lagoon and being on the ocean as well. Golf cart, pools amd playground were awesome. The condo was comfortable for our family of 6. Issues talked about in previous reviews were fixed. 1 bathroom wasnt working but overall worth it and zero complaints!!

We had a wonderful time on our family vacation the unit was exactly as described very clean and the location is really great for families. Jarret was a great host, easy to communicate with and always responsive. Will definitely come back!

Beautiful townhome. Great complex. Golf cart could not be charged - other than that - lovely stay.

Everything was perfect! So much room. The kids really enjoyed the canal. And we enjoyed how close to the boat ramp we were !

Place was exactly like as pictured. Plenty of space for family! Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Very quiet and beautiful area. Everyone was great and Jarrett was amazing in responding to questions. Easy get in and get out. Close to local shops and restaurants. Beach, and the lagoon for sure was the biggest hit! We loved it and ample sleeping. We’ll stay again!

We took our kids (10) & (5) to this area for spring break. They absolutely loved it! Tons of things for them to do. This place was clean, convenient and great to stay in. The lagoon is right out front where we could kayak, paddle board & snorkel. The pools were okay. It was a good option for the kids to cool off. The golf cart was amazing. We used it often, even to dinner a few times just down the road.This place was comfortable and had plenty of room. We loved the lower level for family movies at night. Just some minor things- the toaster needs to be replaced as it only worked if you held the button down. There were ants in the kitchen but didn’t bother us. It just needs to be sprayed as it’s by a lagoon. Lots of towels and had great showers in each bath. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a blast with the family is Key Largo, and this property did not disappoint. Our favorite part was the lagoon. My kids and I spent so much time swimming, jumping off the pads, and snorkeling the lagoon watching all the colorful fish. Great location.

We had a wonderful stay. We took our 4 children (ages 8-15) and my parents. The townhouse had so much space and all lived comfortably for the trip. The kids had a blast at the pools and lagoon, had a bonfire at night. We were a close drive to a lot of fun activities. We would definitely go back.

It's our second stay in the Kawama Yacht Club and this townhouse is at a great location with quietness. Some vacationers complained about noises from neighboring units but this townhouse doesn't have that issue. Jarrett was very responsive and the house was neat and clean as described. Overall a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

Clean, quiet and beautiful surroundings

Third time staying at this unit and we have never been disappointed. Jarrett responds immediately to questions and concerns and is extremely accommodating. We ended up checking in a day early and Jarrett made the process extremely easy. My boys love taking the golf cart down to the jetty to fish. So many good restaurants and things to do close by. We will continue to book this unit for our future trips. Thank you Jarrett!

This place is just as described the photos are spot on of the house, but the 1st floor bathroom not really useable water overflows to floor if you shower..property pics could use some updating.. the lagoon was actually very dark not really like the photos there is no beach nearby, it should be mentioned that this place is for boaters. Not much to see or do here.. but the water looks amazing by Islamorada if you’re a boater like we are in central Florida this place looks like “Boaters paradise” The nearest decent beach is actually 30 min away in Islamorada and we paid $90 for a party of 6 to visit a state park. The house was great for 6 people.. we made the best of it, if you plan to cook like we did bring your own kitchen towels/sponge none provided. Check in was easy beds very comfortable..

We loved our stay the house was perfect for our big family and all the extras made it a fun time for the kids and we can’t wait to come back next year

The condo and location were great. A perfect place to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. Owner was great to work with. We would stay again!

Fun, relaxing, and safe. The property was easy to find and in a gated community. We had no problems entering or exiting when needed. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Plenty of space for the 7 of us staying. Our kids enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding in the lagoon. We didn't cook any meals in the condo but did notice there were plenty of pots and pans and utensils to do so if we wanted. The beds were comfortable, and the condo was quiet at night, no outside noises keeping you up. The a/c worked great, especially when it was 90+ degrees outside!!
