This property was gorgeous! It was beautiful inside, and very spacious and cozy at the same time. We loved driving around enjoying the views with the golf cart, and sitting out on the balconies drinking coffee while overlooking the lagoon. The property owner, Jarett, was very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderfully relaxing trip, which is exactly what we were looking for! Highly recommend this property.

Overall it was a good experience. Beds were nice but pull out coach was not really viable option as there really wasn’t a mattress on it - could feel the springs a lot- which made for a really uncomfortable sleep so wouldn’t consider that as a true option for sleeping. Kitchen was adequately supplied but no instructions on how to use the coffee maker which made it frustrating to figure out. Outdoor space was really minimal with not very comfortable furniture. Pool was ok, not large, nothing special but ok for kids. There was no beach at all due to reconstruction. Really nice to have the golf cart as an option. Great to have three working showers, but bathrooms were small and not really a place to store toiletries. They had great beach equipment that we used one day and it came in handy to have that. Would have appreciated some recommendations about things to do in the area, restaurants, etc. but overall it was a decent VRBO stay.

The condo was great and we would definitly stay again! The place was clean and comfy, including the beds. Lots of stairs, if you have elderly who struggle with that, there is a first floor bedroom, but kitchen and livinig is up a flight. The kitchen was very minimally stocked if you plan to cook. The keurig didn't work, but there was a regular coffee maker on back up in the cupboard. Linens were a minimally suppled as well, with no beach towels included. Jarrett was prompt to reply to questions and issues, usually within the hour. Our weather wasn't the best, so we didn't really use the outside amenities. Lots to do in at the condo and in the area. Great place to stay!

We loved our stay. The unit was clean and spacious with many items in the kitchen we could use. We LOVED the golf cart. We used it quite a bit to access the pickleball court and going out to the ocean. It has such a small town feel, everyone staying there was so friendly. We loved all the swimming spaces as well. We highly recommend.

Very nice VRBO for our family vacation. Nice family area and ktichen on 2nd floor. Host was very responsive when the AC decided to be uncooperative and got it resolved quickly.

Fantastic 3 level unit overlooking the lagoon with sceeened decks on upper two levels. Newly renovated white and spacious with showers on all levels so everyone had their space. Less than a minute walk to one of the pools. Perfect location for day trips to everything. 90 minutes to Key West. 90 minutes from the Miami airport.Golf cart allowed us to get out to the peninsula and watch the sunrises and sunsets.Many families around the other units and very calm and respectful vibes. Oh And the iguanas!!!

There is so much space in the unit. It overlooks the lagoon and you can sometimes see fish swimming by. It was convenient to have a golf cart. The place itself is quite lovely and very clean. It is a mile off of the main road so it is quiet. Great to have a washer and dryer to use as needed in the unit. There are 3 different balconies facing two different directions. I’d stay again if I ever return to Key Largo.

We had a great stay! The location was great with restaurants close by and the pool was a short 2 min walk from the back door. The golf cart was perfect to ride down to the Mariana and have a fire by the beach. We swam with dolphins at a local business that was a 1 min drive in the neighborhood and did snorkeling tour that was 5 miles away. Great trip!Would definitely go back. Only fyi is there are three flights of stairs to get to top floor in which two of the bedrooms are in. No issue unless you have a hip issue like the mother in law Thanks for the stay and we will be back

This is an open, bright and clean place centrally located in Key Largo. The multiple pools, playground, plus swimming in the lagoon were much appreciated. The condo was as described and well equipped, and overall property is kept in nice condition. Communication was excellent. Would stay here again.

This location was very new and updated compared to some of the others in the community. Great location, kids had a wonderful time. No complaints from our stay.

The condo was in a great location close to the pool, lagoon and ocean and easily accessible by golf cart. The home is newly renovated and has everything you need to cook, relax and enjoy your stay. Beds are super comfortable and the AC works great. Fast communication from management. Each floor has multiple balconies to take in the outdoors. You will not regret renting here!

Had a good time and enjoyed our stay

We were 3 families that had a very relaxing stay at the Kawama house. Very safe gated community with private beach, pool, playground and own golf cart which made our trips to the beach and fire pits very convenient. Owner addressed a couple of small issue with cleanliness (unit not used for 2 months) and golf cart very quickly. Beds were comfortable, kitchen equipped with everything we needed, the enclosed balcony very cozy. Intend to go back.

We enjoyed staying here. Plenty of space to spread out with the family. Clean and organized. Great location to the lagoon and pool.
