Beautiful Updated Home, Private Pool, Minutes from Downtown 5th Ave & Beaches!!!

This house was great for our family. Lots of things for us to take to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked, and Ivan was very responsive. Loved the area!! Would highly recommend!

The host was most welcoming and quick to respond to any questions. The home was lovely with it's Christmas tree and holiday decor. The kids loved the heated pool. We were 15-30 minutes from several beaches, and many restaurants, in a quiet neighborhood. Would love to revisit this home.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Stay!We had an amazing week at this property over Thanksgiving! The home was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable for our family. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked we’ve ever had in a rental — the host even ordered a new hand mixer ahead of our arrival so we could make mashed potatoes for the holiday. We also loved the lightly Xmas tree and other decor, such festive and thoughtful touches.There were plenty of towels for the bath, pool, and beach, along with laundry which we really appreciated. The heated pool was perfect, and the kids were thrilled to swim even on a chilly 56-degree morning. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfy, and the layout gave everyone plenty of room to relax.The host was super responsive and clearly takes pride in providing a great experience. The clubhouse is a bit of a walk for kids but has very nice amenities once you get there. If we could change anything, it would only be having four pickleball paddles instead of two, new boogie boards, and maybe some kids’ bikes or scooters — but truly, those are small wishes in an otherwise fantastic stay.I visit Naples often, and this location is perfect — close to everything! Highly recommend this home for families. We’d absolutely stay again.

What a wonderful week we had in this beautiful home. It had everything. Every amenity you could need or want. The house was spotless, the neighborhood beautiful and although we needed nothing from the host, he was available to help or answer any question we had. We spent a day at the community pool and everyone was so friendly. We need to come back a couple more times for work and I hope this house is available again.

It was beautiful and the neighbourhood is beautiful. I enjoyed making memories here with my family. I hope to move here one day.

Great stay for the whole family! We came to support my nephew for a football combine. We had a great time with the other kids and were able to make it a vacation as well! The house was very clean and had everything you need for the pool and beach. I would most definitely book this house again if we were to travel back into the area!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was spacious enough for our entire group, and the kids absolutely loved the swimming pool in the backyard. The location was super convenient, right off the main street and easy to find. We also loved how cozy and beautifully decorated the house was. Everything was just perfect!

We enjoyed the house and pool. The house was spacious and the rooms and beds were comfortable. The house is stocked for fun in the pool or at the beach. If your kids like to fish there are two neighborhood ponds for good fishing. Neighborhood and clubhouse were nice as well.

This is a great neighborhood. An added bonus is having the key to the clubhouse, which has a small weight room, pool, sauna, and tennis/Pickleball courts. Our group took many walks around the neighborhood. The beach is a short drive as well as many restaurants. The house was clean and looked just like the pictures.

Ivan was great! We would recommend staying at his place. Only downside was the floors were pretty dirty. Great access to Publix and a few restaurants. Beach was about 20 minutes depending upon traffic. Probably the best host you can find!

This house had everything my family needed for the pool & beach. Location is about 15min from the beach and there is a Publix down the street. overall very happy with our stay here!

We had a wonderful stay in this super cute home! The house is well maintained and plenty spacious. The heated pool was perfect. The beautiful lanai made indoor/outdoor living very enjoyable. Close to everything Naples has to offer. Highly recommend this property!

My family and I traveled to Naples for our daughter's Field Hockey tournament over Thanksgiving weekend. The house was perfectly located to get to beach, Paradise Coast Sports Complex, shopping and restaurants all under 15 minutes away! Ivan was extremely communicative, and the house was well stocked with essentials for cooking and cleaning. Lots of beach and bathroom towels which was huge for our party of 9! Would definitely stay again!

This property is in a great location in Naples. The house is clean and well stocked to fit your needs.
