BEAUTIFUL TWO STORY TOWNHOME in TELLICO VILLAGE GOLF RESORT & FITNESS COMMUNITY

Tellico Village is a wonderful area and this property is right in the heart of it all. Very well maintained and comfortable!!

The townhouse was spacious and convenient. The host was clear and communicative. It was exactly what we needed for our trip.

The townhouse was perfect for us. House was clean, and had everything we needed.

Was in a great location. Was centralized to the area of golf courses and eateries. Townhouse was clean and beautiful inside. There was room for all 5 of us. Located in a quiet neighborhood. We appreciate the host hosting us.

Nice townhouse in a great location.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in this area. This property was a pleasure to stay in and well located for our visit. We explored from Tellico Village to the Smokey Mountains National Park to Knoxville, including the campus of the University of Tennesse. This was a great vacation for us.

Absolutely wonderful - great location and exceptionally clean. Well appointed and very comfortable. Plenty of space for the four of us and great communication. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely stay here again next time we come down - only a few minutes to The Neighborhood at Tellico Village and great local restaurants.

This townhome was the perfect location for our family to stay for our son’s wedding. It was very clean and spacious.

Stayed to visit with family and be with my son for graduation. It got the job done. Only slept there. Didn’t cook or use any appliances but they where all there and the bedroom was roomy.

Excellent property - great communication with property manager.

This home was beautiful and clean. The host was attentive and responded quickly to questions. The house is in a perfect location to visit all that east TN has to offer!

Other than a minor blip in the check in process, couldn’t have had a better stay. This home is central to Knoxville, Maryville, Townsend, Sevierville and Gatlinburg. Had an opportunity to play all 3 Tellico golf courses as well as WindRiver (my personal favorite). The Tellico courses are all worthy of their ratings and a fair challenge.

Delightful surprise when you walk through the door from traveling. Tastefully decorated, large bedrooms, very clean. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking a meal.

The house is exactly as described. Check in and communication with the property owners was very easy and they were very accommodating. If you need a place to stay in Tellico Village I would recommend this lovely home.

The property is exactly what the description states. It was perfect for our visit to check the area out. The property manager was responsive and kept great communication. I highly recommend this for a stay.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival with the cleanliness of the place. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. The location was convenient to restaurants and grocery store, etc, being located near the center of Tellico Village.

Property was clean, roomy, and nice place to stay. It was a great location, close to the wellness center and stores. Make sure you bring a hair blow dryer though, as they do not have one.

This is a lovely property. It is well kept and perfectly located for visiting family in the Village. It is especially appreciated to have access to a washer and dryer when on a long trip. Very comfortable.

Lovely location and exactly as pictured. Host was very easy to communicate with and prompt in responding. Kitchen could have been cleaner behind and around the sink, and many of the cooking dishes had to be washed prior to use as they were smudged and greasy feeling.

We had a nice stay. Condo a little dated with some things not working but overall very clean and spacious. Communication with owner was very good. You need a car to get around.

Very comfortable and clean. Parking and access are easy. House is well supplied. Rooms are large and air conditioner and washer dryer work perfectly. Nice Stay. Will do it again on next visit.

The one property has A-C set at 73. Like to set it at 70 to sleep.
