Stayed Mar 2, 2025During the entire process Tim was a great communicator and so helpful with questions. When you look at the house photos it looks beautiful- when you get there it is even more spacious and beautiful in person. The bedrooms and bathrooms are large and laid out well. The kitchen is modern and open. And the backyard outdoor seating area is a great place to hang out with family at the end of the night. The location is ideal because you can easily walk to the French Quarter. Best part of the location is your proximity to Ayu Bakehouse for coffee and baked goods in the morning. Loved our stay. Stayed Jan 2, 2025Short walk to the Quarter. Nice feature is each room having its own HVAC so the Floridians and Wisconsonites could coexist comfortably. Would visit again!

Stayed Aug 21, 2024My fiancé and one of his best friends turned 50 and they wanted to celebrate in New Orleans. This place was perfect. Centrally located, clean and welcoming. Definitely would recommend.

The decor, the layout, the easy access for entry, the location, the rooms, the amenities...every single thing was wonderful and the attention to detail was indeed impeccable! The host, Tim, ensured that our needs were not only met but exceeded by being responsive and accessible. We will definitely make plans to visit again in the very near future! Stayed Mar 28, 2024The house was stunning and clean. It had all the things you would need for a home. Less than 20 minute walk to FQ. Perfect place to stay if you want nightly peace and quiet. Host was awesome and easy to contact with questions.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024The accommodations were excellent! Absolutely beautiful and completely stocked with all the necessities when you are traveling. Only downside was the noise level from the party place across the street that seemed to last until 4:00 in the morning.

Stayed May 24, 2024This home is truly beautiful and exactly as listed, in a great location and extremely clean. We had 8 in our group and there was plenty of space to spread out and enjoy time together. Beds and linens were high-end and kitchen well stocked. We were so very grateful for the kindness and hospitality of Tim (host) and his response time was super prompt... THANK YOU for a wonderful stay in true NOLA style!
