Beautiful Three bedroom home close to the beach

Excellent location. Very clean home. The only thing I would recommend which should not reflect poorly on this homes owner, is if you plan on cooking for six or more people, you will need more pots pans and utensils. Other than that, plenty of towels and wash clothes along with bedding and pillows. Very comfy. And ladies, if you wear makeup like I do, please bring your own wash clothes for removal. That Is stated in the rules. I know makeup stains, so I bring my own. This home is centrally located to anything you could need. Just a quick trip across the bridge on college road and you are in the thick of all of your shopping needs. Or you could turn right onto Martin Luther king drive and it takes you straight downtown to all the night life. A left will take you straight to Wrightsville beach. It really is a prime spot. The owner does not bother you, we had minimal contact but he responds right away. I would recommend this home to anyone

The house was okay. It was clean enough. The hospitality is lacking. There are terse signs saying, Don't do this. Don't do that. Located in a quiet, family neighborhood.

Very nice house, easy to get to everything

We stayed here for work, so we didn’t get to enjoy the area as much as we would have liked. The house is very clean, had everything we needed and is close to everything tucked into a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host is very friendly and courteous. We will definitely rent again if we are in the area and the house is available.

Our host provided us with a nice one night stay in Wilmington. The house was clean and located near downtown.

The house was just ‘fine’. If you are looking for a place to just sleep for the night it will be just fine. Nothing fancy. I would suggest that if you would like anything extra to not stay here. Most Air BNB’s have shampoo, soap, coffee pods, etc: this house did not, so bring your own.

This VRBO was PERFECT for a quick weekend trip. Definitely thinking about renting it again. The host was super nice and the house is perfect distance away from downtown Wilmington and Wrightsville beach!

We had a wonderful time. The property was clean, convenient location, and the host was very responsive. Overall great experience.

No complaints. Couple observations-Master bed is only a full which is small and we thought the mattress was going down in the middle but once we straightened up the middle frame supports underneath it was much better. It would be nice if the twins were the same height that so you could move together for a king option. We only needed a place to sleep and shower and it checked those boxes. Very reasonably priced.

Place was great and extremely great with the price!! Close to the beaches and Wilmington and places to eat! Would 100% go back to this place!! So much bang for your buck!!
