Beautiful Terrace on Rome

Great place

The property has a lot of grafitti on the outside, and the elevator is ultra small. The apartment was clean, nice female touches, cute, loaded with snacks. Good communication with the owner. The seventh floor patio has a view. We would definitely stay again.

The studio apartment was exactly as described, except the statement that breakfast is included. There are “treats” in bags. Lots of jam to put on nothing. Instant coffee. So very disappointed. We did as for a refresh of water and requested something fresh. We received a cake and dessert. We booked this specifically as it advertised breakfast included. I would remove this statement in the listing as it’s very misleading. No instructions for the washer/dryer and when asked it was shared there are many so we winged it and unfortunately not everything came out clean. We enjoyed the location and the use of the metro. Metro A line is currently only open til 9 pm. The key holder is across the street, we figured that out. The elevator is a God send, 7 flights would have been too much on a daily as my husband recently had surgery. Don’t forget to close both sets of doors so it works properly. There is a button on the wall near the elevator that unlocks the front door so you don’t need the key every time. All in all we have a nice stay.

The metro station and supermarkets are near.It is very convenient.

We love it. I wish we could stay for three days in Rome. But we didn’t. It’s incredibly view from balcony. The apartment was small. I would tell all my friends and family about that apartment is good.

Great location and quality apartment.

This was a beautiful apartment, very close to the Metro Line A and has air conditioning! The host was very available to message with and had the apartment and terrace were immaculate when we arrived. We were also grateful for the elevator to the 7th floor! Thank you!

Our host was very attentive to any questions. She provided juice and pastries for breakfast.The air conditioning worked very well. The outdoor terrace was the best of the stay. We could see the sun rise and nighttime life.We had a great stay.

Clean, well stocked, great neighborhood close to Metro stations and restaurants. Host communicated well and left clear instructions for everything. Beautiful terrace with live plants. We ate our dinner out there every evening. Would definitely recommend to other travelers to Rome.

Lovely location close to shops and restaurants. Train very close by to get you quickly to Rome attractions. Laundry came in very handy. Bed was really comfy. Terrace a real bonus.

A lovely, clean, well equiped and spacious apartment a short walk from Re Di Roma metro. The local area was pleasant with all the necessary shops and cafes, restaurants nearby. We had some great pizza. It was an easy stroll down to the Colosseum and into the heart of Rome. Giulia was a good host, easy to communicate with and replied promptly to any questions. I would recommend staying here

We just returned from Rome today! The appointment was in a nice location. We loved the balcony. The bed pillows and bath towels were not to our liking. These two things can easily be replaced and would add a great updated. I would also suggest having some wine glasses and a throw blanket. Host was very nice and made check in and out easy!

Nice stay

We absolutely loved our stay in Rome. Giulia, our host, was very kind to assist us with everything we needed and answered every question. They provided breakfast pastries and the apartment was wonderful. We had easy access to the metro and enjoyed staying there very much.

Only complaint was the kitchen amenities were not great. No selection of pans for cooking. Also the jams left there had gone bad, very old, as well as hundreds of sugar packets. Bed was very comfortable and location was just what we wanted. Close to grocery stores and local restaurants, not touristy, very authentic.

The host was very helpful even before the trip with booking a car for my father from airport

We loved the terrace! The apartment was great and super clean but the bed was uncomfortable and there’s no coffee maker like the listing says.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from beginning to end. The apartment was fully (and I mean fully!) equipped. Anything we might have thought we needed was there, and at our fingertips. The supplies left for us were quite delightful - from a great selection of teas, to chocolate and biscuits. The apartment was immaculately clean and nicely decorated. It really gave us the feeling we were in Rome; the roof top terrace was just an added bonus (as was the washer/dryer!) And even more important, our host, Giulia, was responsive and extremely helpful. If there were six stars available, we would give them all!

Great spot right next to metro and good restaurants great host and terrace only issue was size of apartment a bit small but still worked for us.

The balcony view was amazing. All the plants surrounding you brought a nice sense of calm in a busy section of Rome.

This place is absolutely perfect for a couple looking for a holiday in Rome. It’s exactly as shown in the photos – spotlessly clean, quiet and love sitting on the balcony at night. I messed up with the check in procedure, so thank you Giulia for your patience and understanding with my mistake.

This place is magical. The host has stocked it very well with anything you might possibly need. It's cozy and cute and the balcony is truly the highlight!! The views are amazing and it's right in the heart of a lovely neighbourhood. The host has a whole book of excellent recommendations. I can't imagine anyone would regret booking here. Do it!

Beautiful apartment! It’s a lot of stairs and the elevator is a bit scary but it got me to and from every time without fail! View was just as beautiful as the pictures. Close to 2 metro stations, a bus stop, and a bunch of restaurants. Not far from the big attractions either so also super walkable. Host provided water and snacks when I arrived.

Beautiful apartment with lush outdoor balcony. Centrally located and host was extremely communicative, friendly and informative. AC works very well. It looks exactly like the pictures. We would stay there again.

This place was perfect for us! Not far from the metro station so we used metro to go wherever we needed. And the location was very quit.Our host also helped book transportation to and from airport for us.

It was just the right size and location for the week. Our host was very communicative and helped us book transports to and from the airport as well.

Such a beautiful gem! Truly a magical place to start our honeymoon! Pictures showed exactly what to expect- although the balcony is so much more special in person!! My husband and I had no problem navigating to the popular attractions and got to have a wonderful meal in the restaurant below. Giulia was a wonderful host and very responsive and helpful. When we come back to Rome, we will be sure to come back and stay again!!

Perfect location. Right next to the metro. Very easy to ride. Great quiet neighborhood with not too many tourists. Phenomenal cheap restaurants nearby all within ten minutes. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk. The only drawback is the worlds tiniest sketchy elevator. Apartment on the 7th floor. High ceilings means lots of stairs if you so choose. Host is extremely responsive and very helpful.

We needed a one-night stay in Rome before our cruise, and this apartment was perfect! It had everything we needed - very clean & comfortable. The terrace was an amazing treat! Our host helped arrange transport from the airport, and again to the port - which was a huge help. Check in and out was easy and stress free. Wish we could have stayed there longer!

My wife and I traveled to Rome in May of 2025 and we could not have been happier any place else. This location is in a quiet, but easily accessible part of the city. It’s located within a block from Rome’s Metro station and after purchasing a 48 hour Metro pass, we were able to hop around and get anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes. This apartment was just the perfect place for our stay and the leader was quite helpful from beginning to end.

Nice small Apartment. Everything was clean. Parking a car there on the street was easy and is not too expensive. Public transportation is not far away.

Overall, as advertised. Communication reasonable, but remote. Breakfast included is a little misleading.

We loved this cozy apartment. It’s on the smaller side but was perfect for the two of us! The balcony was heavenly! Spent many nights enjoying wine on the balcony surrounded by the beautiful fragrant flowers, mini lemon tree and orange blossoms! Great little pizzeria right downstairs! Highly recommend!

The host was great at communicating. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The location was incredibly convenient for getting around the city. You felt like you were in the real Rome and not surrounded only by other tourists. Shopping was great nearby. It was great having an elevator and washing machine. But the best part was having breakfast on the Terrace every morning.Traveled as a solo woman and felt safe and comfortable in the apartment and the neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay in this appartemen a lot. The terrasse is as big as the appartement itself. This wasn't such a big benifit now in winter time but should be very joyful in the warmer seasons. But nevertheless the heating system was working perfectly. The appartment is well equipped and very well located. We just missed some wine glasses since we've been in the number one wine land of the planet :) The small elevator was very usefull and made it pretty confortable to get to the seventh floor. The host prepared a lot of very good tips for shopping, eating etc. in the neighbourhood.

Apartment much smaller than expected (half the area taken up by balcony, which is too cold to use in winter).Experienced a power cut due to insufficient power in the building at certain hours.Variety of lovely snacks provided (not breakfast exactly).Efficient communication.Convenient location.

The host was very responsive and helpful anytime we had a question. Check in instructions were very detailed and she provided pictures too. We stayed over Christmas week and she gave us panettone and wine for the holidays. We accidentally locked ourselves out right before check out with all of our stuff still inside because we didn’t know that even when unlocked, in Italy at least, you still need the key to open the door. Lesson definitely learned! But I messaged the host and her mom came with her key. We were back in within 20 minutes. Very happy with our stay. We’ll remember this trip forever.

Great apartment, 7th floor, secure and has a lift. Patio outside is great however the sewer vent can smell bad so one has to sit away from it. Good location next to shops and close to metro and buses. Air con is great. Had a comfortable stay. Maybe couple of extra towels would’ve been great for a long stay. Good communication with the host.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay at this amazing apartment! Rome was an incredibly city. We were so thankful to be so close to the metro but also so close to some amazing restaurants and shops. I cannot recall the names of the places we visited near by but honestly, google was a tool we used all throughout Italy so go with a well reviewed restaurant and you can’t go wrong. The host has some really great restaurant resources in the apartment too! She was fabulous and very responsive whenever we had a question. Loved the terrace. Just perfect, perfect, perfect.

It’s okay until we want to shower. The water is extremely too hot and too cold it doesn’t matter how you regulate it. Also the kettle to boil water is dirty. The door to apartment is hard to open. Thank GOD to the neighbour(Maurizio).In return we bought him a bottle of red wine.😂😂

Loved the location, just outside the city fray but close to everything. Very close to public transportation. Host was very responsive. The apartment is very small but the terrace is huge. The problem for us was a lack of garden furniture ; just a broken seating unit near the sewer vent and some very uncomfortable wooden folding chairs . It could be fabulous .

The bus and metro. The location to shopping, restaurants were also very convenient. I loved the balcony, just loved sitting on it admiring the fresh plants and flowers. No problem with the communication with Giulia. LOL, had an issue with the key getting into the apartment and Giulia's mom came to help immediately. Lastly, I have to make a shoutout to the wonderful neighbors on the floor. They were so helpful during our stay. If visiting Rome again would definitely stay at this property.

This property had a lovely terrace on the top floor and the place was exceptionally clean and well stocked. On the smaller side but it fit my needs as a place just to lay my head down at night. The host was very gracious and responded to messages immediately. Conveniently located, about a 2 minute walk to the metro station.
