Beautiful 4 Bedroom house including 2 full bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 kitchens, 2 TV's with cable, washer and dryer in lower level. The lower level also includes seating, an additional flat screen TV, and ping pong table! The bed sizes are 4 queen size beds. The house has a fully stocked kitchen with appliances and also includes a deck with patio set and gas grill. It is walking distance to Sand Hill Cover Beach and has an outside shower for after the beach. The location is very desirable

Stayed Aug 14, 2021Let's start with the fact that the house is an easy walk to the beach and in a nice spot otherwise. It is spacious for a large group and the duplex nature of it lets folks spread out. There's great breezes through the house. The outdoor shower is great - with hot & cold water.

Stayed Jul 24, 2021House is more of a duplex with 2 kitchens/living areas/ bathrooms. Overall good rental - could use new pots and pans in the kitchens. Great yard and outdoor shower

Stayed Jul 17, 2021The location of the house is great, short walk to the beach so we did not have to worry about parking. The house was well stocked with all of the basic cooking and cleaning necessities. The owners were very nice and super responsive. The outside shower was a great bonus. Our only complaint was the lack of attention to detail. For example, one of the bathrooms had a broken shower handle and instead of replacing it there was a screw that was used as a temporary fix. Not only did this make it difficult to use the shower but it also hurt your hand. My husband is a civil engineer and noticed that the deck had some minor, safety violations. We always had to be extra cautious when our 3yo daughter would climb up and down the stairs of the deck. Overall, we had a great time there and lots of great memories were made. If more attention was made on some of the particulars then our trip would have been even better.

Stayed Jul 20, 2019This house was just what we needed for our beach vacation with 2 toddlers. Short (15 min) walk to beach with small waves and a playground. 5 min driev to Galilee for fresh seafood and the Block Island high speed ferry. The house has an outdoor shower, which was KEY! Nice lawn for playing outside. House is very basic (germ-o-phobe that I am, I replaced some linens), we were glad there weren't any fine finishings that our kids could potentially ruin.
