There were a couple pools very close. The house was clean and well kept. Having the golf cart was a plus. Perfect for going to pools and ride to check out the neighborhoods.

This property had everything we needed for a short or extended stay! Very clean and well decorated! Great location near shopping and dining! Golf cart was excellent!

This was a repeat stay at this house due to its central location, spaciousness and general flow. It was very nicely furnished and well appointed. The golf cart was in excellent condition and very comfortable. The teflon frying pans should be replaced due to overuse and a few more sauce pans are sorely needed. A full size blender would have been nice. The dishwasher presented us with some problems which were quickly resolved by Jenna from Downhome Properties.

We loved the lanai. The kitchen is well equipped. The mattress in the master suite was not the best.

Reviewer Comments: Arrived 3/2/2020,found 2 bags garbage, 2 bags recyclables in garage, beds not made in either bedroom. So much for cleaning in between tenants. Tile floors dirty. Kitchen faucet leaks, sprayer broken, poor water pressure, some kitchen ceiling lights out. Poorly fitted sheets in both bedrooms. Return vent in living area filthy. Kitchen could use a large pasta pan and a blender.

We stayed in this home for 2+ months and had a great time. The home is very comfortable, and the neighborhood is great! We met many of the neighbors and played golf and other activities with several of them. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have decided to purchase a home in the villages.
