Godrevy View is a two bedroomed property situated only 10 minutes walk away from St Ives' main attractions and beaches - up a steepish hill so please bear this in mind if you have mobility issues. The property has an open plan living area (23 foot long) with vaulted ceilings and double doors opening out onto a decked balcony - seating includes an oversized, mid-century styled sofa and two arm chairs. The dining area has a dining table and seating for 6 and the kitchen has fully integrated appliances including a washing machine and dishwasher. The two bedrooms (one double and one twin) have doors leading out onto a balcony and a landscaped garden with with sea views - perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a pre dinner drink.

    We had a very comfortable stay here while visiting in St Ives. Neil was very responsive and immediately solved the problem when we had an issue with the boiler. Would definitely stay here again!

    Very good property with plenty of space; bright & airy & pretty much everything thought of.Easy walk into st ives & a good work-out walk after eating out coming back up the hill.Only negative was the double bed was very firm & quite uncomfortable.

    One of the most fabulous accommodations we have ever stayed in. Great location, we didn’t mind the steep hill as it kept us fit on holiday. 0.5 miles to Fore Street in St Ives. Neil clearly takes great pride in providing a beautiful place to stay. The little extras like providing soap, washing up liquid and tea and coffee helped too. We loved it here and will be back. Our two teenage daughters (17/19) also loved it. Thank you!

    We really had a wonderful stay at this fantastic property in St Ives. The home was spacious and had everything one would require to feel at home.The garden was excellent for the doggies, also.Communication from the host was exemplary ensuring our 3 week stay was stress free.Would highly recommend for anyone seeking for a spacious property, with parking, only a very short walk from the centre of St Ives

    This was a wonderfully comfortable stay. So clean and light. The photos are true. We fit 4 adults well. Location to town and beaches is really good especially if you don’t mind hills (shuttle nearby too). Having car spots was a real bonus.

    All the previous 5 star reviews are correct, we had a great time and the house was fantastic. Spotless with all the facilities needed for a brilliant holiday. Could not fault it. Would 100% rebook.

    Such a comfortable house. Really spacious interior. We we very lucky having a week of sunshine so were out most days on the beach but if weather had been poor, we would have been happy to relax in the house as it was so nice.We stayed with our dog and 8 year old child/ The secure garden makes it ideal to do so.Quite an easy walk down into St Ives from the house. Bit of a hill to climb on the return but it kept us feeling fit!Would definitely recommend this place and would return.

    We really enjoyed our stay, had no problems with parking or pretty much anything. It was clean and very user friendly ie tv, coffee,tea,sugar even the shower was good. Even our dog loved the garden. Any grumble would be the hill climb may be tough for some and the nearby co op was expensive but overall we would love to stay again sometime in the future. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

    Beautiful location, with all that we needed! We loved the views, the outdoor seating and the cottage had all that we needed. We will be back! Very much recommended, there is a hill you have to walk up, but very worthwhile!

    We very much enjoyed our stay in Neil’s house. There was everything you could ask for to make it a great home from home. Location was good although the hill is steep as other reviews suggest, it wasn’t a problem for us. There is a bus which runs nearby down into St Ives if you don’t fancy the walk. All in all a great week. Thanks Neil.

    After a pleasant stay in 2023 we decided to book the house again for 2024. We felt at home even when I got sick during our stay. The co-op right around the corner is very convenient. The terrace could have been cleaner but otherwise everything was great.
