Stayed Dec 21, 2024The house is beautiful. It is very spacious with nice rooms, large kitchen, several sitting areas, and a nice backyard with a pool. It was nice to have bikes to use and some beach equipment as well. There were plenty of towels and linens. Unfortunately, there were a lot of little things that were disappointing during our stay. First, one of the sinks in the master bath did not work. The other bathroom’s toilet was giving us trouble, and after a few days, it started leaking everywhere. Looking in the toilet to see what was going on, we learned that the insides were being held together with paper clips. We ended up having to call Vacasa and someone had to come out and fix it. The pool was very nice, with some toys for the kids to play with, however we were a bit disappointed with the heating we paid for. When we arrived on our first day in the evening, it was freezing. We called to make sure they had put the heat on, and we were informed that the heat was only on during certain hours of the day. If we were at the house during the day, it was fairly warm, but my kids wanted to swim in the evening too and it did get cold. The front door has a pin pad for the lock. We came back to the house on Christmas day to find out it wasn’t working, the batteries had died. We were locked out for an hour. Vacasa was working with us but it took them awhile to figure out the code to the extra key on the side of the house. Also, all the remotes in the house seemed to be dead and we couldn’t find

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a wonderful weekend stay in Naples. The property was well-maintained, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. It was conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, and shopping centers, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. We would definitely consider renting with VACASA again for future getaways.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean . Pool was relaxing and we enjoyed riding the provided beach bikes around the neighborhood. Would have liked to have been provided basics such as salt and pepper, dishwasher pods and ample toilet paper as we kept having to run to Walmart when we noticed we didn’t have them. Overall a wonderful experience.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Everything was perfect except for a couple very small details. They should suggest for travelers to bring their own dishwashing pods and toilet paper . The house was clean and the beds are very comfortable the pool is awesome! The bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are just so convenient! The Yale lock system is also very convenient. Would highly recommend this vacation rental .

Stayed Jan 8, 2024Overall it is a nice house in a great location. Well stocked. Not a lot of sun around the pool, the carpet in the master bedroom needs cleaning.
