    We thoroughly enjoyed our time and stay at this property. The rental unit was clean and well maintained and very well decorated. Armeen was extremely accomodating and wonderful to deal with. We would recommend this property and definately stay here in the future. Don and Shauna

    My husband and I enjoyed our 7week stay at this comfortable home. The location is centrally located to Palm Spring and all other Coachella Valley cities. This is a quiet community with just steps to the heated pool and jacuzzi. There is ample opportunities for walking thru the neighborhoods of the gated community. My husband played the golf course of Cathedral Canyon which is associated with the homes here and he said it was a nice course. I am a cook and I found the home well appointed for preparing meals. They had a nice charcoal bbq on the out side patio. Speaking of the patio, it is a comfortable place to relax and enjoy reading or putting your feet up to enjoy the day. It faces north so does not get direct sunshine. There are also many great restaurant choices and take outs nearby. Some other appreciated amenities were the full size washer and dryer and the 2nd refrigerator in the garage. We found the neighbors very friendly and willing to help with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. The host Armeen is delightful and so eager to make sure your stay is comfortable. We would definitely come back next year.
