Walk a few blocks to Bacchanal, the restaurant & bar that consistently tops tourists' “must-visit” lists, or discover your own foodie favorites like amazing BBQ restaurant The Joint. With its close proximity to the French Quarter and no shortage of things to do right around our home, this is the perfect location to soak up everything Nola has to offer.



All guests after booking will receive a list of recommendations including locals' favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.



Getting Around:

The French Quarter is an 8-10 minute drive away. Biking is a convenient option as there are plenty of rental shops nearby. This is a walkable neighborhood -- take a stroll along gorgeous Crescent Park on your way to the French Quarter.

HOUSE DISCLOSURES

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!

–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

    Our stay was everything we needed to be. The kids definitely had an amazing time and so did the few adults that came. I would rent from you guys again in the future. We we're all tired but the property was clean,enjoyable and family friendly.
