Beautiful renovated home minutes to downtown perfect for a family or batch trip

Parking was amazing, great little house, some dirt around the baseboards and the sink basins weren’t perfect but for the price and the amount of space it was perfect! They had basic toiletries in each shower, having a washer/dryer was also a plus. They provided a few pods for both the dishwasher and laundry which was really great. I’d definitely stay again!

Excellent proactive communication and check in process. Clean and well-appointed interior. Quiet street in cute neighborhood. Reasonable check out process. Helpful and accommodating proprietor. Exterior is a little tired. Front door and steps could use some lighting to see in the dark and great instructions for all things yet not the thermostat.

Cute cottage in the heart of Germantown. Walkable to Broadway and many restaurants and bars. Host was very responsive and the house had everything you would need for your stay.

Wonderful place and location! Walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go in germantown and hosts were communicative. Parking was easy and the pictures depicted the home perfectly. Would recommend!

Hosts were great!! However, the cleanliness of the house was extremely disappointing. There were some obvious issue and the hosts addresses them with us, however the home is in need of a deep clean. We were also disappointed in the overall condition of the home. Only one of the bathroom doors locked, two of the 3 bedroom doors didn’t lock or even stay closed. There was a large shim added to the top of the entry door. It is a cute place, but it’s an older home in need of some structural TLC. Also says a fireplace in listing but it is bolted closed.

This was an excellent location, very walkable neighborhood and close to downtown. The space was perfect for our small group. They had everything we needed, including toiletries. Highly recommend!

This was our annual girls trip to Nashville. We loved the cottage. It had everything we needed to have a great stay! Local to several great restaurants. Very walkable in warmer weather. We would definitely stay again.

This house was absolutely gorgeous — beautifully decorated, spotless, and so welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, with the best sheets I’ve ever slept on! Every detail had been thought of, and the house had everything we could possibly need.The welcome pack was such a lovely touch and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood itself is stunning — quiet, safe, and full of charm.We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Nashville. Highly recommend!

We loved staying at this clean and comfortable house. I think it’s nicer than it appears in photos. The neighborhood is quiet yet a close enough walk or ride to many nice places to eat, drink or hang out. A nice change from staying near Broadway, about a 30 min walk to the Ryman Auditorium but easy to get rides around too.

This house is in a good location with a lot of different restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Only 5 minutes to downtown. We felt safe in the area. There was a park within walking distance for our kiddo who is almost 2 and a ton of people with dogs. Would highly recommend staying here if you have a family or even some friends looking to get away.

Great location and perfect size for a family.

Excellent location, great beds, pillows, and sheets. Overall we had everything we needed. Smallest of nits, it might be good to have a kettle electric or otherwise, and more than salt, pepper & cooking spray in the pantry.

Clean, cozy, updated and quick uber ride from broadway!

This property was perfect for our girls weekend. Plenty of room for the five of us since we were out on the town a lot. It was also a great location.

Overall good place to stay! Hostess was prompt to respond and the house was super clean and tidy. Only complaint is that during hot days the house will only cool to 76-78 degrees. Nights it would get somewhat lower but still warm. It simply couldn’t keep up during the day and it could be a little uncomfy at times. Adding some better/darker blinds in the king bedroom would help as it would be very bright and hot in there early in the morning.

Looks are deceiving but the minute you open that yellow door it’s like stepping into another world! The property is nicely updated, clean and welcoming. We truly enjoyed all the little touches (books on Nashville, a nice collection of games, a goodie basket from the owners, and a step by step manual of how to operate everything in the house, where to go and what to see). We would most definitely stay at this property again.

Clean home with everything we needed. It was a 35-minute walk into downtown. Worked out great!

The property was perfect - walking distance to some great restaurants and coffee houses in the Germantown yet super closer for a car or cab into the city.

We enjoyed our stay and loved getting to know Germantown. We were walking distance from some cute local restaurants and businesses and it was a quick uber ride to Broadway.

Location Location Location! If you’re looking for walkability to the coolest little coffee shops, eateries, and unique little bars, this is your next spot! Still need to drive to Broadway but super close. The house is clean and well equipped for visitors. Highly recommend!

Great location in Germantown, so walkable! House is clean & well appointed inside. Instructions for Google thermostat might be useful. I Googled it. :) Outside could use some attention, but still so cute! Would've loved somewhere to sit out on the porch, but we made it work. Will stay again!

This house was great! Way more spacious than we expected and very clean. The germantown area was cute and I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location and accommodations for our family of five visiting Nashville for the first time. I adore Germantown and think this home was the perfect home base, we had full days in the city and I only wish I planned a few more meals at the lovely restaurants just blocks from our front door or the farmers market. Beds were very cozy. Kitchens and shared spaces were big enough for breakfasts and snacks. Bathrooms were very updated and large, the kids even slept in one of them after a night of strong storms and tornado warnings, that sure provided a night to remember. Overall, great for couples or families open to walking or driving in the city and in a quaint, safe neighborhood away from the craze.

I was super nervous leading up to this trip. The house seemed perfect, but also affordable, but if those were true, why was it still available to rent. But it was perfect. We walked to breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. We took scooters down to Broadway. The house was comfy, clean, and close to amazing places.

This property fit our needs perfectly! Bedrooms for each kid and two bathrooms! It was clean & cozy with the MOST COMFY beds!! Host was super responsive when we had questions.

Very welcoming house with nicely updated accommodations. Lots of fun places to walk to in Germantown and an easy 10-min rideshare away from Broadway. Everything was clean and decorated.

The communication with the property owners was great! The cottage was clean and perfect for 6 people! As a group we could walk to some bars and restaurants or catch a quick uber to anywhere in town.

The property was very nice and close to downtown area. The hosts were very nice and responsive and worked with us to extend our checkout without hesitation. Check in process was super easy and the house was well equipped with what was needed for an out of town trip. This was one of the nicest places we have stayed at regardless of location and will definitely save this for future trips to Nashville!

My kids and I can for the New Year. Had a great visit, the accommodations were lovely.

We were delayed getting in due to a VRBO issue, but the hosts were very nice about it and gave us a small refund, which was a very nice gesture. The house is great and very comfortable. It was well stocked and the snacks and especially the coffee being there was nice and not something we normally see. We’re in Nashville often and will be back to this property!

We had a great time at this property for a bachelor party weekend! The house is well maintained, cleaned, and stocked up with all of the essentials! The check-in process was slightly confusing, as we could not find the front door keypad code, and needed to message the property owner for the code once we arrived. Thankfully, she responded within a few minutes and we were inside the house easily. It's a very quick ride to Broadway and we never had to wait more than 5 mins for an Uber or Lyft. This was a great place for a smaller group, and we enjoyed spending the weekend here!

Cute Germantown house. Parking for 3 cars and Bedrooms for 3 couples. Walkable to Broadway (25 minutes) and Nissan Stadium for concert (40 minutes). Found local places to eat and many more to explore in the future.

The home was clean, spacious, had plenty of chairs for sitting around the kitchen table to play cards and games. Beds wee super comfy.
