Stayed Nov 23, 2024Everything was absolutely wonderful. Dad enjoyed his 80th Birthday Celebration. From the moment we walked in the house until we walked out….. he wouldn’t stop talking about how beautiful the house is. He definitely enjoyed the back yard area and patio. Hopefully, we’ll be able to get it again in March when we return. Ps…… tighten the oven

Stayed Oct 5, 2024Negatives - Upstairs portion of the house needs seriously updated. Lots of damage to property. Bug problem we killed multiple bugs in bedrooms, kitchen, and dining room. We chose not to cook at house during our 8 day stay. Master bed and one of the queen beds were broken and were propped up with boxes of flooring. Twin Bedroom numerous bug traps in the closet that apparently aren't working. Adult female got numerous bug bites. Dirty dishes in cupboard upon check in. Last renters' garbage in back yard. Positive -Location is across bridge from French Quarter was an easy commute since we had a rental car. House has 2 dining and 2 living room areas. Nice washer and dryer. Friendly neighbor. Quick response from host when we initially reported damage to the home from past renter.

Stayed Oct 18, 2023We walked into the home and were greeted to a fabulous smell. The spacious 2 story home was a great addition to our New Orleans adventure. Our beds were so comforting and being able to come back and relax after the tours and walking was excellent. I was hesitant about not getting a hotel room but when I vacation in New Orleans again I will definitely be getting a vacation rental again ?
