Beautiful, Quaint, and Charming 1 Bedroom Private Suite with Fenced Backyard!

Good price and the location next to a large walking park was excellent. Good size for 2 people. Distance to beach in early morning with no traffic is a 10 min drive. Quiet neighborhood. Met the owners and they are a very nice retired couple. The included beach umbrella and chairs are very handy.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The one issue noted was with the process of check in. We were driving and had no directions/ room code, etc. The needed information was sent through email an hour or so before time to check in. This meant multiple stops to check emails while on the road. Not convenient.

We just stayed here for 3 nights. Perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes to Clearwater Beach with no traffic and about 40 minutes to St. Pete’s Beach. Place was very clean and perfect for 2 adults. Perfect for the price and location.

We had a wonderful stay! The place is adorable and very quiet! Lauren was quick to respond to our needs. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

This VRBO was great! It was extremely clean and everything was very nice. Absolutely no issues whatsoever. Lauren was very quick to respond and even let us check in 30 minutes early. Will absolutely be staying here again!

We had a lovely stay at this location. Among the awesome things were a dual coffee pot with a pot and Keurig pod maker, cozy electric fireplace, comfortable bed, bath robes, and a lovely backyard with a fire pit, comfortable seating for morning coffee and beach supplies. Would recommend this place to anyone stopping by the Clearwater area. Oh and forgot easy access to beaches, restaurants, and shopping.

The casita was clean and welcoming. I would have appreciated a better mattress and non-plastic dishes. But it was not a deal breaker. Host interaction was great.

Very nice spot! Check in was easy and probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in.

I really enjoyed how clean my place was. Probably the cleanest place. I’ve stayed in ever. I also really enjoyed the Samsung TV in both rooms with every channel you could think of for entertainment. I never even whipped out the fire stick. Nice private entryway and was not bothered by anyone. Definitely going to stay again next time I have a job here.

Great place for just my wife and me. Most of the week we had our 15 yo dog and 7 yo cat. They loved it, but had to go home earier than mr I actually extended my stay due to a slight change in my schedule. A

House separated into two rentals with a glass door between two areas. The door was locked and had heavy orange drapes. There was no privacy. The walls very thin. A smell in heavy orange drapes around closet ,couch and bedspread, left 3 days early

Shared space was NOT listed originally and we had to share the yard with another family. This isn’t a “tiny home” it’s a renovated garage.
