Stayed Jul 5, 2025This property was fantastic from start to finish. Spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked for a relaxing stay. We loved the quiet neighborhood, with plenty of space between homes, and the pool, tennis/pickleball court, and nearby beach gave it that perfect Nantucket feel. The location ended up being ideal—peaceful but still an easy ride to town by Uber or car. Great for large families, with lots of classic Nantucket activities nearby. Don’t miss the sunset views from the widow’s walk! We’d absolutely recommend it.

Stayed Jul 22, 2023We had a fabulous stay at Cooper’s Cottage. The home is beautiful and very comfortable for our family of 8 , kids age range from 3-23. The pool and spa are amazing ! And our older kids used every night. Tom Nevers beach is a short bike ride away -Absolutely serene ! We loved biking / walking into Sconset for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Check in was a breeze - the house was very clean - and our host , Jill, was very responsive and a pleasure to work with to coordinate our stay. I’ll quote my husband Kevin , “ that was the best visit to Nantucket yet !”

Stayed Jul 15, 2023This house was the perfect venue for what we were looking for during our week long stay on Nantucket. The pool and hot tub were the best sanctuaries while our baby took a nap in the afternoon. The place is close to Sconset, and it’s an easy drive to downtown. Jill was extremely accommodating, and we would love to come back.
