Beautiful Oceanview home with outdoor grill and spacious rooftop

Wonderful retreat with a fully equipped home. Upside down layout with beds on bottom and then living and decks up top where you have views of the beach.

We loved the home and its amenities. It was clear the hosts had our comfort in mind. We appreciated the ocean views and proximity to the beach. We definitely plan to stay there again.

This house was perfect for our family trip! Lots of space for our family of 6. The home is gorgeous, very clean and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and the pier. The rooftop patio area was very nice to enjoy on the sunny mornings we were there. I highly recommend this home if you're planning on staying in Pismo!

Pismo beach house was perfect for our group. Upstairs kitchen-living room was open and had plenty of room for everyone with a large counter to gather around and all the right kitchen tools and appliances. Loved the layout with bedrooms downstairs- sound insulation was excellent and helped a lot with our multi-generational group with varying bedtimes. The roof top deck is the real star of this house with incredible 360 degree view. We will definitely be staying here again!

Beautiful property for our family. It was very clean, well stocked with essentials. We stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days because we were traveling up the CA coast for my 16 yo to visit Stanford to look at colleges. Thank you

We had a wonderful time at this home, perfect for a large family like ours. We have 7 children, 4 in college and 3 younger kids. Though, i dis not realize there were only 2 bedrooms. 5 kids sleep in one room and 2 upstairs on the pull out bed. Definitely, not for more than 2 couples, and I would not want to sleep with the kids unless they were really young. But since the college kids were without any companions, the sleeping situation was fine. They all loved the beautiful accommodations. All appeared new and modern. Our bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom looked like it was right out of a HGTV episode.

Beautiful home with all the modern updates one could want. Immaculate upon arrival. Easy to communicate and gain access. View from top deck is amazing. Would love to come back and stay again.

This is a premier property, 2 blocks to the beach, 4 blocks to the Pismo Pier. The Roof Top deck was amazing, as was the Whale watching. The home is practically brand new, inside and out including the furnishings. This is our new favorite Ocean community

Perfectly located, easy access to beaches, restaurants, coffee shops etc. We didn’t move our car the entire week.

We booked this home for three nights to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday. This is a beautiful and super clean home and we really enjoyed our time there. Tons of amenities. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return.

Very clean, spacious, open floor plan with lots of natural light. Only minor issue was pull out couch bed was firm. A 2 inch foam pad would have fixed it and there wasn't a top sheet but had two fitted sheets. Walking distance to downtown and beach but not too close.

This is a great location in Pismo Beach as it's 4 block to downtown and 2 blocks to beach access. The home is an extremely nice house, bedrooms on level one, great room and kitchen on second (with ocean views), and lastly observation deck on rooftop. Everything was perfect.
