Beautiful oceanview home with enclosed yard, washer/dryer, WiFi, & Netflix

This is an amazing place to stay!

The place is well appointed and is relaxing and homey. It is very clean, with nice furnitures. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Feels more like a home than a vacation rental. The hot tub is a plus after a long day. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

Location was nice and spacious for our family of 5. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes, etc. Beds were comfy. Only thing that wasnt communicated to us before we arrived was that the washer wasnt working. We were prepared to wash dirty clothes from our week and didnt have a working washing machine. We did find a laundromat but it was not convenient. Other than that the property was very nice.

Enjoyed our family getaway at this clean and modern home near the coast. Deer walked through the yard. Small view of ocean between other houses. Beach access requires travel to one of the beaches in the area.

Everything was clean and we all enjoyed our stay. I would rent again.

Nice location in between the redwoods and Samuel Boardman coastline stops. Stocked with everything we needed. No ocean view, save for a little bit of water you can see in between the homes across the street. They have the upper floor blocked off. Oddly configured house with one huge bathroom and one small, not so great bathroom.

Nice house that has everything you needed! Charming and good location. There were quite a few cobwebs but can expect that with the older home and size!

You can see the ocean from the kitchen. The master bed is huge! There were deer in the area day and night. Definitely a unique home! My only complaint was the hot tub water was low when we went to use it. Also the BBQ was dirty and so when we went to use it, it smoked the whole covered area. Just needs a good clean out. Was a great deal for the money though and would do it again.

Comfortable and spacious home for a girls weekend of relaxing, eating, and spending time indoors. The beds were comfy, both showers had great water pressure, the living rooms and lounging spaces were perfect. We would absolutely stay here again. When we reached out because the coffee pot was missing, they were super quick to deliver a replacement.

Kitchen was fully equipped and it had a view of the ocean between the 2 homes across the street. House was pretty clean and the neighborhood was good. Deer were wandering the neighborhood and nibbling on plants and grass. We enjoyed our stay.

This house worked out very well for us and friends traveling with us. Kitchen appliances appear to be new. The kitchen is well laid out and well stocked. Overall property is in very good condition, as was very clean on our arrival.The layout is a little unusual, but it worked out very well for us. Beds as well as other furniture are comfortable.Communication from property manager was excellent. We had access information well in advance and directions were easy to follow.

Great home! Daily visits from neighborhood deer, short walk to the ocean

Overall, this property is very nice - especially for a 2 family vacation. My husband, our daughter and her husband and 2 sons and baby all thought the house was wonderful. Some constructive input: the game cabinet needs attention - game pieces all over - games missing pieces - no playing cards that we could find. The TVs all required some time - even for the technically astute. The living room TV worked best. Squeaky doors need WD40. We found some shards of glass in a glass - not sure how they got there because the glass was plastic and we were pouring coffee syrup from a plastic container. The telescope did not work for us - the binoculars were OK, but somewhat damaged from prior use. Should be a hair dryer in both bathrooms. The mattresses and pillows were great. The kitchen well stocked. The beach access down the street was nice. All in all - a good time was had by all and we would rent again. Thank you!

I loved how beautiful the home was and we had every little thing that we needed! The location is perfect for fun activities at the beach and surrounding areas! Highly recommend!!

We were in Brookings to explore the southern Oregon coast and the redwoods. This home was such a comfortable home base. Everything was clean, and so many thoughtful touches throughout the home. It made our stay that much more enjoyable. Just look for the little gate to the left of the big gate to get to the beach. It's behind greenery and not immediately obvious.

Great location, very clean and comfy home! Close to beautiful beaches! Watching the momma and baby deers out the window was a special treat. Thank you for sharing your home. 1st time in a long time we were able to just relax and be together as a family! Will be returning soon!

We spent alot of time in the home relaxing and visiting. It was super clean and very comfortable.

Though it is an unusual layout and there is no access to the upstairs area, we loved how much room there was to spread out between 2 living rooms and 2 enclosed porches. The view is kind of an exaggeration and actual beach access is a number of blocks away but is otherwise relatively close to many things. This property seems like it would be ideal for a multi-couple/family stay.

First time for my wife and second for me to see the ocean. Not far from lots of things to do and see.

This house was awesome! It was stocked with everything you could possibly need. I loved how all the light switches and drawers were all labeled. Location was great, just a short walk to the beach, and we really enjoyed the hot tub and having the deer visitors every day! I would love to stay here again!

The home is beautiful and our party of 6 was so comfortable. The home offered everything, a well stocked kitchen, sparkling clean appliances, comfortable beds AND pillows, comfortable/cozy seating for all in the living areas, a laundry room and a lovely enclosed patio type area. We were minutes from beach access. Although the home provided plentiful TVs for viewing, we took in the views from the homes beautiful windows. We would definitely return to this property and will definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to Brookings. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home for our gathering.

The house was extremely open and inviting, lots of room and plenty of space. Quite neighborhood, no problems what so ever.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this lovely beach house! The yard and flowers/garden are beautiful! The cleanliness of the house was good, but we did find a little bit of trash by the barbecue outside and a small amount of evidence of the people who had stayed previously. The hot tub was wonderful, but had way too high of chemicals when we first got there. Opening it up and airing it out made the difference and we were able to use it the next day. Overall, I highly recommend this property for the Oregon coast! The location is wonderful!
