Stayed Dec 31, 1969The location of this property was fabulous. Short and easy walk to the beach. Size of house was great. Disappointed by care of home. Kitchen was old with drawers and cabinets which would bit shut. Broken outer door. No working DVD player. Many outdoor chairs were torn and unusable. No clothesline. Hose not working well. Poor cable selection. No beach chairs provided. Garage refrigerator very moldy! Lack of towel racks in bathrooms. Chair cushions needed to be replaced. No umbrella for the table on the deck. We have rented on LBI many times before and for less money, and the houses were in better condition. We would not rent this house again.
