Stayed Apr 13, 2025The best part of the rental is the price for the amount of space and the location. It’s way more affordable than any other 3 BR oceanfront rental. You are right on the beach which we loved. We found sea biscuits that are 30-50 million years old. Ok now the not so great. The worst part was that when you open the door the smell of air fresheners was overwhelming and sickening. We located no less than 7 air fresheners. The first thing we did was make a map of locations, removed them and put them on the deck. We returned them to correct locations prior to leaving. They are really bad!!! The furniture and bathrooms are really outdated. There are plenty of kitchen utensils . When we compare the good with the not so good we still rate it an overall 5. We really enjoyed our stay!

Stayed Jun 15, 2024Checked in on Saturday and Sunday morning realized the AC wasn't working. Reached out to the owner and she had a crew out in a couple of hours. Great service! Location is great and house was clean and ready for our stay. Thanks for letting us use oiur home!
