Beautiful oceanfront house w/private pool, central AC, W/D, patio

The kitchen cabinets were dirty. The floors were dirty. The bathrooms need updating.

Perfect home for the price. The pool was wonderful to dip in coming in from the beach. Thankful for the washer/dryer combo being upstairs and not in some dingy basement. Wish the dryer hadn’t quit but maintainance was quick to respond.

The house was freshly painted outside and the pool was great. Plenty of parking and we like the design. The kitchen table chairs are heavy, bulky and didn’t slide easily making it difficult to pull up to the table. The picnic table and rocking chairs on the back patio were perfect. Also, 2 thermostats so I didn’t freeze my parents at night. We had a great time. We will look for this unit in 2 years when we return.

We loved everything about this home

Property was a little out of date, the pool light broke inside of pool the first day so we didn’t have lights inside the pool which wasn’t a big deal and there was some nats in the bathrooms, all in all we loved being right on the beach and waking up to the waves we seen dolphins almost daily. Over all the vacation was good and we had a good time.

This was probably one of the least stressful stays I've ever had in a rental. Entry was smooth and easy and the place was so clean. We didn't have any complaints. Sure, the place is a little outdated but it's clean and comfy and you can't beat the location right on the water. I will advise, if you have a big group, try to space showers out so everyone gets hot water. But that water pressure was a dream!!

Very clean, great location

The view from the porch was perfect, and it wasn't a long walk to the beach. The house needs a little TLC, but it was a decent place to stay for a great week.

We loved everything about this rental! Loved having our personal pool! Perfect size! Plenty of room! Loved how the living room was open! Very clean!

We really enjoyed our trip to Holden at Bikini Bottom. The house was very accommodating, kitchen had everything you might need. Washer and dryer within the unit is very nice option! House does need some repairs and updates, including electrical outlets to be replaced as they are loose and cords fall out, new fridge needed to accommodate food for group, second shower knob to be replaced as it doesn’t work properly. Beds were comfy and furniture/unit was clean and welcoming! Pool was excellent and easy path to beach.

House worked for the needs Outdated, old furniture, decking broke while we were there and washer broke as well. Vacasa was great but wouldn’t rent this home again

We had the maximum number of people allowed and it all worked out fine! Great location on beach, maybe half mile from store, close to ice cream shop, the pool was big plus!

Location of the house is great but the house is dated. There is a grill at the house despite the rental company not listing it on the listing. The house is serviceable but there are nicer houses. It is for sale so hopefully whoever buys it will put the needed money into the house. We did have an enjoyable week at the house.

We had a great time

Location was great. Pool was nice to have since we had lots of days with yellow flags for ocean rip tides. Located very close the general store, which had anything we needed. House is spacious. Room sizes were great. Our family had the best beach week here. Would 100% stay here again.

While the pool was nice, there are a number of other issues with this house that need to be addressed. Not providing details here, but has done so directly to Vacasa and the homeowner.

Bikini Bottom is a must stay at Holden Beach, NC. Approximate to town park, grocers, shops, etc... Steps to the private pool or Ocean.

This was our 2nd visit to Bikini Bottom and everything was great! It was super clean and had everything we needed. The starter toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent were so nice to have. There was 7 of us and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. We highly recommend this home!
